2。我们一般说瘦点好，是正常人低BMI更健康
两者有什么区别呢？
举个极端的例子。很多病人中，那种还胖乎乎的多半能吃能睡。病人中那种低BMI的，
尤其是有些癌症，或者有胃病的，都瘦的皮包骨了，还生存个鬼啊。绝对是胖子没问题
。战俘集中营里，只怕也是低BMI的死亡率高吧，一个道理。这个网站上给出的figure
，就是两个指标的直接相关性，根本说明不了什么问题。
回到这个研究。他们对BMI高低的判断是被诊断为慢性心脏病时第一年。诊断时只怕已
经得病有几年了。这个时候的BMI，可能已经成为病情严重与否的signal了。病厉害的
，BMI低。以后死亡率高。要排除这个情况，得上溯N年，从犯病前的BMI算起，即健康
人的BMI。如果还是这个结论，我们才能说高BMI的人，得病后的死亡率低，这才是真的

done. some claim the benefits of CT calcium scoring, but many
argue against it. but if you want something non-invasive, this is
definitely something worth considering. I have seen examples
of perfectly healthy, asymptomatic individuals who went through
the imaging with a high score and further cath lab work showed
significant blockage in the coronary artery.

一般是推荐有risk factor（家族史，吸烟，胆固醇/血压不正常等等）
但无症状的人去试试。查出来有问题的需要进一步测试才能下结论。
如果已经有症状就直接做其他测试了。
其实不太贵，记得自己掏腰包跑到mall里300刀就可以搞定。

第1站: Pololu Valley和Waipio Valley. 两者很像，但是问了几个当地人后,果断先去
前者(where North Kohala’s main artery, Hwy-270, comes to a dead end）.很好
的黑沙滩,沙子比”black sand beach”要黑要细很多,后者简直是炉灰渣子啊.HIKE的
话,问了几个刚上来的人,号称是下去10分钟,上来1小时.下去没记时,上来的时候领导带
路,一路不停,花了15分钟.平时比较文静的MM估计要久一点时间
第2站: Waipio Valley(Waipio Valley Rd, HI 96743),入口有个lookout非常壮观,谷
底号称世外桃源,有人家居住。引文”hiking不到1小时到海边”,由于之前下到了
Pololu,这个就没下去,一是感觉差不多,二来太耗时间,有兴趣的同学可以试试。

就算是同级生，每个人的剧情也都很短，背景和构架相对简单
接触到秋之回忆以后，觉得这种游戏也能搞出深刻的剧情来，挺厉害
应该是04年以前，我一直把秋之回忆2的故事当作一个高峰
（infinity这个非纯爱系列排除在外）
05/06年玩了fate sn，虽然并不觉得超过秋2太多，但感觉剧情深刻的galgame越来越多
了（可能也是汉化组越来越过的关系），后来玩了air（虽然这游戏出的很早）之后，
最高的评价给了它
06年的最佳galgame是戏画的青空之约束，接下来07年的最佳是遥仰凰华，这两个游戏
虽然也都很不错，但是俺个人的评价都不是特别突出
08年玩的leaf的天使不在12月感觉很强大，剧情有点非主流的意思，leaf的提亚拉和传
送同样先排除下；同时段的游戏还有一个印象很深的是八月社的fortune arterial
09/10年的g弦上的魔王让我觉得galgame剧情达到了一个新的顶峰，虽然剧情有硬伤，
但印象里男猪不怎么优柔寡断，这在galgame里实在难得LOL

书作者，就像这里被评价的有点夸张。
不过一战、二战之间的奥匈帝国／奥地利確是很有趣。
顺便再隆重推荐一下，我成年以后唯一记得有印象的长篇小说，奥地利作者robert
musil 的《the man without quantities》（中译：没有个性的人）。
ps，维特根斯坦弟弟paul wittengenstein的故事里，我偶像Prokofiev还友情出演了。

为什么没有我偶像maurice ravel呢？呃，以前就听说paul介个左手刚擎家，当时还想
ludwig witetngenstein他弟很牛阿，看prokofiev的评价，凡事都抗不住有钱。。。
