位于Arriba St.（VONS 对面）的小区里面3B2B的townhouse，其中一间房间出租，与另一房
间的来自中国的UCSD博士男生共同使用一个洗手间， 房间里面有床和电脑桌及柜子等家具，
房东甚至提供床上用品， 单人入住的价格是778/月，夫妇入住的价格是857/月，该费用包括
水电费及网费等公用费用，除了做饭的米油盐之类不包括之外，纸巾和洗衣剂的费用都包括
在内，押金200刀，最早的入住时间在11月13日。
房间都在二楼，一楼是厨房和客厅，房东是位非常nice的老头，呵呵，当时我老婆从国内
飞到洛杉矶，自己没有车，是他开车带我去接的，只要了30块钱的油费，回来还说油没有
用完要退钱给我。人真的非常好，房间比较适合单身的没有什么家具的朋友住，基本上提
着衣服行李箱就可以入住了。

有些老人带的孩子去的比较早，10点就往回走了，妈妈带孩子的不多（指小宝宝，
toddler不算），一般接近10点去。
孩子要吃要睡就撤了，11点多就陆续离开了，一般12点就没人了。
doyle play ground旁边的草坪都快秃了，也不是很干净。
在arriba和pamillia（可能没拼对，就是跟lebon连着的路）交界处的一个公园，很宽阔的草坪，还有土路可以jogging，草坪很厚
实，缺点是很多狗在那里活动，草坪上散落狗屎若干~~~~

海啸的话，淹死的都是海边有钱人吧。
utc 的 doyle这里早上6点刚过就有公交车，具体时间你可以再查ucsd的网页，201，41
，921，101，202都经过ucsd的校园，还有学校的shuttle，arriba线路，nobel线路都
可以，上述都是对ucsd员工免费的。
pre k不知道，为啥不直接送eastgate？比较容易排到，价格也不贵，很多中国娃，互
通信息都很灵的，就这一年了，不差钱。。。
还有，utc，具体到doyle小学这里的，走路去ucsd的school of medicine也就20分钟。
自行车不安全，而且地势关系很费力，除非到单位能洗澡更衣。。。 |

基本信息：小区名字La Regencia，两室两厅两卫生，带电梯的公寓社区，朝北，
1300sq.Feet，卧室：12×13，这应该是周围社区中最大的两房了，房型正气且私密性
好，中间是客厅、餐厅和厨房，两边分别是两个带卫生间的主卧，并各自拥有3个带全
身镜的大壁橱，应为是顶楼，客厅有Skylight。
套内设施：空调、洗衣机、烘干机、冰箱、烤箱、洗碗机、微波炉。客厅餐厅全套家具
