09年12月在texas我因为开车开的太快（116/65）被arrest，在jail呆了一晚，罪名是
reckless driving，misdemeanor。后来找了当地的律师，以insufficient evidence为
由case dismiss了。
我是09年8月第一次来美国，F1 visa读phd。10年夏天趁着visa没有过期回家，在
newark过海关还被带进小屋盘问了一番。然后再没有回家，但准备今年冬天回家。第一
次签证就被check过加上过期超过一年，要直接面签，在北京。
我查过相关的法条，我这种情况肯定不够直接被拒签。但也有人告诉我，实践中填
DS160写被arrest过，很可能就被直接拒签了。
我的问题是，有没有人经历或者听说过，类似或者更严重的情况返签仍然顺利通过的？
在面谈的时候要不要准备什么更多的材料，比如FBI的criminal record什么的？我手头
只有法庭的dismiss的证明。或者有人有相关的建议经验更好。
谢谢各位！
PS:被抓之后痛定思痛，现在开车超速一般不超过5迈。想拍的人我理解你们，但我已经

起因是一个前灯不亮，pull over后刚开始只是说给个warnning,没想到过了好长时间警
察都不回来，我坐在车里就有一种不祥之兆，果然，不久警察回到我车前，让我走出车
，然后告诉我，you are under arrest because of the revoked driver license. 我
当时就蒙了，当带上冰凉的手铐时，我真的是感觉做梦一般。
关键是我的驾照是别的州的，搬家后也不知道要换，所以一直没换。驾照是被原来的州
revoked的现在州的警察也无法查为什么被revoke。
现在警察给了2张tickets，一张是operating vehicle with only one head lamp,另一
张是operating vehicle while license revoked. 都没有写罚多少钱，说让judge决定
（要上庭）。
LD花了100刀，把俺赎出来了，但给的单子上写的bail amount是1000刀！！！我是不是
还要补齐这个数啊！那我就太惨了！！！
开了7，8年车了，从没犯过什么错 |

结果大概在六个月后被police arrest，带到police station，交了罚款，clear
ticket。在此过程带过手铐，打了指纹。
请问，在回答：“be arrested。。。。。。” 是 yes or No。如选“yes”，是不是
会被 interview，如果我去police要一分报告，附上是否会有帮助。多谢。 |
