后回美。事不凑巧， 上礼拜因为我车子上的registration tab 过期未将新的换贴上去
（我已购买，只是没贴上去）， 被警察逮住，要上court, 要命的是中途因为修车，
忘了上court时间，（罚单忘车子里，车送去修了），结果被警察上门arrest,当时身上
没现金， 被带到警局， 朋友送钱然后走人， 中间大概2小时不到。按了手印也照了照
片， 请问大家 我这种情况是不是很严重， 返签还有入关是不是会遇到很大的麻烦，
直接被拒什么的！ 谢谢大家 |

DS-160-Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime？
我不知道怎么填
今年我因为把几个纸箱子丢在了路边被别人举报illegal dumping，然后收到了
environmental board的citation。
说交500 罚款或者去hearing。我去了hearing和judge说不是有意的，judge减少了罚款
数额。
然后我交了罚款
现在问题是这个ds160问题太笼统。我不知道填yes还是no
我这个算是vilation of environmental law.而且我交了罚款，所以算是convicnted
for offense？
但这也不算是crimial law。 真的不知道怎么办
问了一个律师说让我填yes，保险起见，因为如果填no的话可能有风险。
但是填yes会不会有拒签风险？

轻罪或重罪，所以就填了No。没问过是否arrested。后来找employer申辩时，他们说了
"Because of the nature of the information that we received back from the
report, we are unable to finalize your employment with ....". 显然他们是care

禁止或非常限制用arrest record来使工作申请人失去资格。
请问您说‘不能问’是从招聘方／人力资源的角度吧？ |

Willamette High School Wednesday.
According to Eugene Police no one was hurt when a homemade device went off
in a locker bay trash can at about 11 a.m.
