BAMA客场1分之差两个加时负于Arkansas，之后才有负于Florida。如果对Arkensas那场
球取胜，结果可能大不相同。在SEC连负两场，士气基本就全没了。那一年，Arkensas
获得SEC西区冠军。BAMA能能将他们打得那么接近（BAMA至少有两次获胜机会），可见
实力并不差。如果那场赢了，对Shula来讲，命运可能就不同了。 |

Arkansas is improving fast on Offense in last two years. Too bad it doesn't
have a good defense. Since Mallet will graduate this year, Arkansas will
remain a secondary team in SEC for next a few years.
Gator is not as good as BAMA, but I agree that Gator should be better than
what we saw last night. However, this actually reflects a major problem in
UF team: UM is losing control (or gave up on controlling) in this team.

被对鳄队的胜利冲得一干二净。象队又重新在大家心目中成了孤独求败的英雄。
如果说昨日象队输给鸡队后还有点令人失望，但还使人对象队报有希望的话，这点希望
也随着LSU战胜鳄队而烟消云散了。
象队对鳄队的胜利蒙蔽了大家的眼睛，象队远没有大家想象的好，SEC West 也没有象
大家想象的那样差。象队未来对LSU,AUBURN仍然是鸡胸未卜。
最令人失望的是BAMA的放守。secondary都是形同虚设。我想这和赛前准备不足有关。
DB们小看了鸡队的WR,以为又有了pick6的机会。防守时动作提前，很遗憾即没能截到球
，也没能干扰对方接球。下半场鸡队为了耗时间，主要是running，但BAMA对passing的
恐惧使其不能有效的防跑功，因为safety不敢压上。
bAMA的进攻体现了长久以来的缺点： QB太谨小慎微。所以对BAMA的防守人人皆知:防住
跑攻，人盯人WR。只要有防守队员跟着BAMA的WR,QB就不敢往WR那扔。这也是Julio长久

”“理论”可能会引起更多的争议。以下仅为本人的“学术”观点，拍砖请轻拍。
希望与期待在英语中分别为Hope和Expect，两者多用于描述某种特定场合下的心态，前
者多没有把握，有可能发生，能发生最好；后者则信心十足，相信肯定能发生，不发生
也要努力让其发生。这两种心态在体育比赛中也时常出现，两种心态的不同，时常会导
致比赛结果的不同。在比赛中期待着胜利，也就是教练和队员对自己充满信心，教练的
指挥则更为开放，敢于使用任何比较复杂或高难度的战术，场上队员也敢打敢拼、表现
出色。而在比赛中希望能够取胜但没有足够的信心时，教练的指挥则会相对保守，尽量
采用墨守成规的套路，不到万不得已，不轻易使用没有把握的战术。
这里以2010年橄榄球赛季的几场比赛为例，说明两者对比赛过程乃至结果的影响。

全国冠军的东风以及主场优势，BAMA是期待着这场胜利，而佛罗里达则是希望能赢。比

1.先统计一层SOS如前面
2.按第一层SOS成绩相加得到每对所打的第二层球队的胜负和
3.加权，第一层乘以1，第二层除以20。这是考虑到每队平均打了10场，另外第二层影响
减半

3节领先20分。"人品指数"=垃圾时间的分差除以垃圾时间次数。另外给出了垃圾时间次
数。
谁讲人品谁不讲人品很清楚了。当然也有几个倒霉的在我定义的垃圾时间里被人追分很多
甚至反超的。

排名这么算简单些，win-loss的SOS比较复杂，尤其是考虑现在每队打得比赛数量还不
一样。
费了些时间搞定了，结果如下。胜负场次对每队打的总场次归一化。
第一层*1，第二层*0.5，第三层*0.25，以此类推。
SEC西区排名抢眼啊。
我原来一直觉得TCU比BSU SOS强很多，看来是错觉，以这个赛季到现在的成绩，SOS不
分伯仲。
TCU计算积分高大概是因为多大两场，而且BSU的两个相对强队还没打。最后计算积分会
很接近。
Oregon我就不说。。。

发帖数: 2643 | 35 这个应该还好，cade foster其实有踢底线以内的实力，但是saban要求他有意踢高到5-
10 yard左右。
这样一来是可以create fumble，二是我们一般是踢到hash mark跟边线中间，这样对方
开始进攻的地方就变成在边线hash mark了。
小个子速度快的缺点是必须利用场地宽度，passing game也是，我印象arkansas那个打
成的TD就是我们失误结果他们一直在比较中间的位置功，如果我们有意识到往边上赶他
们，应该会好一些。
另外think it in a positive way，这二位也怕被我们tackle几下就跑不动了，而且这
二位也不是新人，09年，10年都没有撒欢么。
今年的arkansas号称是SEC最快的队伍，有10个队员的40 yard在4.4以内，Wingo是4.27
，也是个RB，并没有什么发挥。 |

saban trick play还是有传统的，而且一直求变，当年对田纳西上来就onside kick，
09年对你们改deferred为receiving，peek的gimmick TD. 10年Maze那个wildcat，现
在玩压人到边线的游戏。
上礼拜那个假FG还是挺重要的，arkansas第一个series太强悍了，这也是kirby smart
牛逼的地方，很善于猜测对方的心理。后面arkansas再也没打出这么顺畅的进攻。
除了两个队的pure talent，这个不成问题，比赛临时看Smart Vs Weis哪个更善于变化
也是很有趣的事情。 |

就好象公司招人，你要是初创的时候就混进去了，那水平搓点大家也认了，譬如vandy
miss state.
后来为了凑conference championship game，就好象公司要IPO需要做业绩招人，顺便
扩大地盘，arkansas sc就进来了。
现在已经成了elite sports conf了，再招人定然是名门正派，Texas A&M 勉强算是，
OSU还不上档次。 |

school will play SEC CG? I think Arkansas will.
It seems that nobody can stop Clemson. Which team will win Big 12, Ok State
or OU? I think and hope it's OU.
Stanford's chance to play BCS CG is that Stanford is one of the only
undefeated teams from BCS conferences. If there are more than two undefeated
teams, Stanford will not in the CG. |

removed from these numbers but not games against non-AQ FBS teams.
These numbers might look very different if you remove games against non-AQ
FBS teams. I think the schedules of the 1-loss SEC and ACC teams will look
a lot weaker if you remove games against non-AQ teams. Many SEC and ACC
teams schedule 3 or more non-AQ teams, which artificially inflates the
schedule strengths for all the teams in these conferences.

You can check the numbers. But I believe Arkansas in McFadden era the
rushing offense was usually atop the ranks while the passing was very
pedestrian, with or without Malzahn. For Malzahn he had much more successful
passing game in Tulsa and Auburn. With all the soap opera and Nutt always
