removed from these numbers but not games against non-AQ FBS teams.
These numbers might look very different if you remove games against non-AQ
FBS teams. I think the schedules of the 1-loss SEC and ACC teams will look
a lot weaker if you remove games against non-AQ teams. Many SEC and ACC
teams schedule 3 or more non-AQ teams, which artificially inflates the
schedule strengths for all the teams in these conferences.
For example, Virginia Tech has victories over 8-2 Arkansas State, 4-6
Marshall, and 4-6 East Carolina. Removing these 3 non-AQ FBS opponents
would significantly change Virginia Tech's opponents' record. Further more,
it will also change the opponents' record for Clemson (and all other ACC
teams that played Virginia Tech) since Virginia Tech would have 3 less
victories.
Another example is Alabama and Arkansas both getting credit for the wins of
5-5 Vanderbilt, 4-6 Tennessee, and 2-8 Ole Miss. But among the combined 11
victories by these 3 teams, only 3 were against teams from AQ BCS
conferences.

need to listed what OU beat. Tell me Tulsa and Ball State are Non-AQ FBS
or AQ. Big 12 teams haven't defeat any high rank AQ team too.
