偶还真讨厌他们。他们大部分都很差劲的。前面刚看了个德州的帖子，偶也想发通牢骚
。就说刚搬到这个小区来吧。之前就在网上查到这个小区隔音不好，空调很费电。不想
住了一个月后，还真被吓倒了。说出来大家别骂我爆人家隐私。每天周四半夜，不知道
是偶们这幢楼的那个房间的老黑每到半夜都要嘿哟嘿哟滴，搞得偶每次都被他们弄醒，
痛苦死了。本来睡眠质量就很差哦，我是痛恨死他们了。小区里也有白人和其他族裔的，都不会发出那么大的声音。难道他们要让全世界的人都知道他们在嘿哟嘿哟。庆幸下个月搬到另外一幢楼去了，不会听到啦。
另外一个发现是这里的黑人绝
大多数都很难看，没有休斯顿的漂亮。我估计他们不是一个种的。因为黑人也分种的吧。
说起黑人的素质，实在不敢恭维。原先和一老黑合租，一开始觉得这人挺好。但是慢慢

老黑挺好的，好几年前有一次夜里出去迷路了，在加油站问路被老黑瞄上了，跟我出来
找我要钱。第一次经历还以为打劫害怕极了。我说我只有四块钱给你，还正要再求他放
过我吧我也是穷人，中国人。没想到他接过四块钱跟磕头虫似的感激差点给我跪下了，
挑大拇指大叫China China，。。。。我才意识到原来给多了，估计平时没人一下给这
么多。
于是我压压惊，理了理头发，整整领子：这点钱小意思~~~~~然后钻进我崭新的camry里
发动上路绝尘而去。。。。后视镜里借着昏暗的路灯我仿佛看到老黑踢起了正步。。。。

老黑挺好的，好几年前有一次夜里出去迷路了，在加油站问路被老黑瞄上了，跟我出来
找我要钱。第一次经历还以为打劫害怕极了。我说我只有四块钱给你，还正要再求他放
过我吧我也是穷人，中国人。没想到他接过四块钱跟磕头虫似的感激差点给我跪下了，
挑大拇指大叫China China，。。。。我才意识到原来给多了，估计平时没人一下给这
么多。
于是我压压惊，理了理头发，整整领子：这点钱小意思~~~~~然后钻进我崭新的camry里
发动上路绝尘而去。。。。后视镜里借着昏暗的路灯我仿佛看到老黑踢起了正步。。。。
老黑的小小简单幸福让我感动终生，更感动的是自己为祖国还争了一次光！ |

发帖数: 113 | 43 从德州开到纽约的路上，经过Arkansas的时候被拦下来说我在左道开得太慢。我当时就
是跟着前面的车在开，而且根本不慢的！不知道是不是欺负外州的车！然后现在打电话
去，说除非亲自去Arkansas上庭辩护，不然不能waive。很是不服气，不知道这样的情
况怎么办，可以拖着不给么? 外州的record会追到纽约来么！？多谢达人帮助！ |

我也缺arkansas，都绝望了，有一次去mall里吃面条，找零钱给了2个quarter，一个是
Arkansas，一个是维京群岛 |

毫无疑问
两个学校排名学生质量都差不多
University of Arkansas所在镇还不错
有walmart出钱,学校情况要好很多 |

比如CIT工程被排到了97.还有各个专业的排名,CIT的ME也很后。特意去CIT的ME看了一
下，算上CIVIL的才22个FACULTY,ME这种专业，CIT的1个FACULTY还真就不能说能顶一般
学校的2个faculty。由此ME被排到了95还真挺合理的。
再看USNEWS, ME排在第3位！！！我怎么觉得USNEWS突然非常不靠谱！！

之前在版上发贴问过，得到很多好心MM的建议和代理推荐，我也在google上找了很多
Dallas的签证代理中心，挨个研究，最后决定用的这家China Visa Service Center（
声明，偶不是托）http://www.mychinavisa.com/index.php，原因有以下几点
1，这家是BBB注册的，所以可信度相对较高
2，在中国驻达拉斯大使馆的官网上找到一个很久以前的帖子，上面的几家签证代理中
