且都是学术圈的,已有reference一堆,其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外,美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪,拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
重罪。不过这个比较难的是你无法证实谁接收了你的脑信号。所以立了法跟没立一个样。

非政府调查机构盖洛普(Gallup)的CEO即指出,美国近年来倒闭企业的数量多于新增企
业,这是此前35年间未曾发生过的情况。在此状况下,就业持续增长的状况似乎很难令
人信服。因为中小企业是吸收就业的主力军。在中小企业生存状况仍然艰难的状况下,
很难得出就业市场已经彻底改善的结论。
盖洛普指出,据上述状况,美国劳工部可能已经在过去六年间严重高估了就业增长状况
,自2009年至今,劳工部总计把就业人数往高处虚报了367.8万人,折合每年61.3万人
,每月5.1万人。
如果盖洛普的这一推断正确,那么美国评均社会薪资水平在就业持续“好转”的情况下
止步不前,也就能够顺利成章得到解释。
而就业数据的持续好转,被认为是奥巴马总统任内的最大政绩之一,甚至持续回落的失
业率被认为是助推他在2012年大选中涉险过关获得连任的重要推力。

Is bitcoin a bubble? Maybe. Maybe not. Only time will tell. But there are
some small publicly traded companies trying to ride the wave of
cryptocurrency and blockchain mania that look pretty sketchy. Call them the
bitcons if you will.
The Securities and Exchange Commission suspended trading Tuesday of The
Crypto Company until January 3, citing "concerns regarding the accuracy and

RE prices aren't going to turn around until banks fold and dump those houses
onto new owners, whatever the price. Prices continue to decline, month by
month, which means that the bank portfolios are losing money anyway so
just get it over with.
Banks aren't going to fold until the Fed and Treasury stop propping the
banks up with no interest and low-interest money.

An estimated seven out of every 10 physicians in deep-blue California are
rebelling against the state's Obamacare health insurance exchange and won't
participate, the head of the state's largest medical association said.
“It doesn't surprise me that there's a high rate of nonparticipation,”
