april 16, 2010". The ad was posted in February.I found about it a couple of
days ago. I scrambled to get my application ready and manage to send it out

available as of today (4/14).

GMAT score, experiences, SOP和recommendation letter这几项，看重的顺序是
怎么排的。
此外，outstanding, very good, good, fair在上述四项中是怎么定义的？
我先举个例子，如果是申请phd program的，experiences中outstanding的定义就是在
top conference发paper...差不多这个意思。

间美国专利局跟我们学校律师有三次email的联系，律师让我们提供素材辩论，总体来
说我们这三次不能说服他，反而一次不如一次，专利的评论者就是认为我们的东西太和
另一个专利类似，自2006年起，这个penging的美国专利就能一直在Application里，现
在也还能查到。至今也没有收到reject的通知，5年多了，就这么一直penging 着。
我的问题是现在还能在Application里查到这个专利的全文，是不是就代表目前还没有

training in RCR有两个reviewer给了unacceptable。查了NIH的网站，说是 【

optional)。我已经递交了pre-application，一个星期后联系了对应的program
manager。但过了几天都没有回应。这是基本情况。
我的问题是，这种情况下是等一段时间继续联系PM呢，还是不用太在意PM在这个阶段的
回应与否，按照自己的想法直接写申请。如果继续等再联系PM，大概等多久比较合适？
一两个星期？是继续email联系，还是可以直接电话？

Here is my situation. My institution is preparing H1-B application for me,
but they told me that the prevailing wage search won't come back until next
month from the Department of Labor, which means that they can't file my H1-B
application until next month. Unfortunately, my OPT will expire the end of
May, so I will have to use my grace period while waiting for my H1-B
approval. I'm afraid that my H1-B won't get approved before my grace period

目标：1。去大城市生活，2。年纪大了后不要太辛苦。
背景是本科研究生都是电子(弱电)，航空电子Avionics System经验3年半。现在有些迷
茫。
航空电子
在Avionics System方向，做的是system级别的，把电子设备装在飞机上的design和
certification。只设计设备仪表和飞机的连接安装，不涉及设备里面的电路。
* 好处：工作经验很重要，年纪大的不会被淘汰。
* 坏处：应为身份问题找工作限制多。工作地方基本都是大农村。
石油
目前有这方面的Engineering－in－Training的机会。没有强电经验，所以要从头做
起。不知道石油方面，找工作的地方有哪些。希望能去大城市。对这个领域不了解。
* 好处：工作经验很重要，年纪大的不会被淘汰。
* 坏处：要从最基础做起，学习强电知识。
