See the title: Difference between H1 B application and H1 B transfer?
I was talking with a recruiter when he asked me if I need H1B application
versus H1B transfer? I said first case. He hang up immediately.
Does the hiring institution spend less money on the 2nd?
Also, right now, most people with job offer here are those with computer
science department. Any other programs? | S**I
