支付了25万(美元，下同)。
两名上诉律师，一名是顶尖的刑事诉讼和上诉律师舍曼(Paul Shechtman)，他是
Zuckerman Spaeder LLP律师楼的合伙人，该律师楼有82名律师，在纽约、华盛顿、坦
帕、巴尔的摩都有办公室；另一名是被誉为“全美最著名25位亚裔律师”的法学教授陈
盖博(Gabriel "Jack" Chin，音译)。

A Texas Court of Appeals in Austin has overturned the conviction of
former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, attorney Brian Wice told KVUE
sister station KHOU 11 News.
In documents released early Thursday, the court said the evidence in the
