星期六半夜司法部代表白宮向第九巡迴法院的上訴法庭提出上訴，這上訴裡包含了兩部
份：一個是上訴本身，也就是請求撤銷（還是發回更審？）原來西雅圖法院的判決；第
二是一個緊急申請，DOJ 希望在上訴法庭做出最後判決之前，因為國家安全事關重大，
希望能夠先恢復執行 Muslim Ban。
上訴法庭在星期天凌晨駁回了第二部分的緊急申請，也就是說在最後判決之前，仍然不
得執行 Muslim Ban，好像法官並未解釋駁回的原因。同時，法官要求原告在星期日 11
:59PM 之前向法庭提出意見書，被告則應在星期一下午三點前提出意見書．然後法官會
根據雙方意見進行裁決。
所以上訴還沒完全結束，只是第一階段白宮輸了一籌。

而这个是否适用就是当初判黄金德是美国公民的关键！！！高院认为黄金德的父母适用

自1937年通车以来，就有超过2000人从桥上跳下，只有几十人活下来。
凭着无“桥”能及的高人气与高致死率（98%），金门大桥也获得了“自杀圣地”的称
号，引来无数“自杀朝圣者”。

然而，有人跟踪调研了金门大桥上自杀未遂的515人。
结果却显示，其中只有6%的人在日后生活中还继续有自杀的倾向。
这些证据都表明了，早已打定主意要冷静地去自杀的人是少之又少。

大部分选择跳桥的自杀行为，实际上都只是一时冲动罢了。
如果能对此进行哪怕一点点阻碍与干预，就能有效减少自杀人数。

child's paternity issue. Finally the court took away the woman's custodian

我是1980年秋天入读北大数学系。恢复高考后，北大1977年没有招生(这一点很可惜，
十年积攒的人才让复旦、中国科大等学校占了很大便宜）。为什么没有招生呢? 按当时
的副系主任丁石孙在他2007年的《自述年谱》所述：“（文革后）的1977年北大数学系
还比较混乱，没有教材，由哪些老师上课也没有安排好，所以七七年就没有招生。”因
此当时1978级就是北大数学文革后恢复高考后的第一批学生。他们那一届是典型的多届
学生混合体，班上最大学生应该是三十三、四岁，最小的十六、七岁吧，还有穿军装的
，这些都是现在这些大学生难以想象的。我们的班主任刘森老师就是1978级的学生，当
时30几岁吧，是大学三年级的学生。由于他比较成熟严肃，干事情非常认真负责，我们
这届比他晚两届的学弟很多见到他都非常害怕。2004年我们大学毕业20年后重聚未名湖
畔，很多人都小有成就了，见到刘老师还是毕恭毕敬，“心有余悸”。
