值得记录的事情，有些只能藏在内心深处，有些可以公开记录。

今晚3月底，我从原来租住的公寓搬到另外一个公寓。原来的公寓叫Avalon Bellevue，
在Bellevue市中心。搬走之前3个星期，他们就派了一个人到我的单元去检查，叫初步
检查，目的是看看有多脏和有没有损坏，给出一个初步的估计，估算一下我搬走之后要
给他们付多少钱。
当时初步检查的结果是：(1) full apartment clean – $125 (2) full painting –
$160 + paint $26 (3) full carpet cleaning – $60 (4) kitchen drip pan

右，真的是惊呆了，买这种高端apartment投资真的能获利吗，租售比肯定不合算，光
hoa就800-900，如果过几年转卖的话，这种apartment买的人群肯定也不多吧，100多万
买个apartment的人干嘛不去其他好的地方买sfh呢。 |

学区是Mark Twain elementary, Pershing middle , Belliare high.
步行到初中很近， 图书馆和小学大概要15分钟（孩子的速度）。
apartment 靠近公交车站 ，食品超市， 附近还有个小shopping center，
NEIGHBOURHOOD也挺好的。
月租是￥815， 包括电费在里面了。也就是说每月要交的钱是￥815 + 水费
（现在水费好像比我们刚搬来的时候有点涨价， 没去OFFICE问过，感觉上
是按￥10/人 来收的。
我们准备在4 月中旬到4月底搬家。时间上可以机动一点。

，今天收到信，说让我负责维修的labor和part，但是bill还没有出来。
我是在厕所洗衣服的，漏水大概持续了一个小时左右吧，后来apartment上来找我我才
发现，因为当时在睡觉。漏水的范围是厕所＋往屋里面延伸半米左右。
另外给我的信还说漏水造成了其它apartments的水温不稳定，这个我实在搞不清楚为什
么。大家觉得会造成多大的bill，直觉告诉我他们会敲我一笔。。。

是one bedroom，使用面积869 sq feet，有一个阳台，客厅很大。
地址在12655 W Houston Center Blvd，名字叫Camden Whispering Oaks，是local
著名的连锁公寓，管理和服务很好，德州的同学应该都知道。小区有gate，有一个很漂
亮的游泳池，房子都是最近几年才盖的，很新，相互之间距离很开，不会觉得压抑。车
位非常多，也有出租的garage可以停车。每个礼拜小区都有组织的活动，比如卡拉ok，
跳操之类的，当然我本人从来没去过，只是经常路过看到：）
这个位置距离几个油服和石油公司都比较近，比如著名的cgg。距离8号，westpark
tollway也不远，交通也比较方便。东边是royal oaks，一个著名的高档住宅区。不远
的地方有家walmart和heb，买东西很方便。

么特别多的apartment, 如果你愿意去herndon 的话在clock tower 附近有很多的选择
，而且两个房间的也就$1200-$1300 而且有些楼都挺新的。我最喜欢那里因为大部分的

介绍和Review. 这就是我当初对这个社区的认识.其中一个review说蟑螂和虫子很多，
以至于我差点不敢住。我当时没有朋友在这边，所以没有办法直接过来看。唯一的方法
就是靠电话和网络。当时觉得安全是我最看重的，这个小区安全指数很高。后来知道为
