过去三年CSCO大概把利润的一半用于回购，1/4左右用于并购，其他的基本上就是存起

INTC是一半利润用于回购，但是share outstanding减少的幅度更小(三年3%)。一半利

大家看看一下几点我是否应该在exit interview中说：
1）组里招人的时候比较强势，喜欢加入自己的意愿。比如，在我interview一个人之前

2）对组里成员个人职业发展不关心。就我个人来说，他加入3个月了，和我1on1也很多

，和组里其他人员开会也总是迟到。但是如果他的老板让他召集组员开会，他会给我们
发一个措词很强烈的email，让我们准时参加。
3）不honest。这个manager是个新的manager，老的走了之后我们的director直接领导
我们组了几个月，给我做了anual review，并且给了我promotion。manager上任之后，
可能由于其他原因，cockblocked my promotion。这也算了，居然在1on1的时候告诉我

watching lease show or hiking to the top mountain is free. Others, like
taking train is not free, you need to have ticket/anual pass.
Some people park their car at stone mountain city, then walk to there.It is
