这个难道不是中国政府一句话的事，就像一张手往左翻往右翻那么容易，哪里有法可言？
或者就算是立法很好吧，把statute跟德国日本的“借鉴”一下，纸面上很漂亮，却根

如果确定要在国内发展的话，LLM足够了
LLM可以选specialty，这样就不用去学你不感兴趣的课了
JD至少40%的必修课，是为了state bar学的，跟你的兴趣无关，费那么大劲读下来，你
又不在美国practice，有什么意义？
另外你在law school学的东东没啥用处的，真要做个律师，真学东西的是通过工作当中
的training，只是念完JD考完NY bar CA bar，没有个5年的美国实际工作经验，其实还
是不懂怎么practice US law的
所以找个top 10学校交几万块上个LLM镀层金，回国招摇撞骗一下就可以了 |

记得看过数据，芝加哥律所收入的median是6万，如果想尽快收回JD投资就只有BigLaw
BigLaw就业最重要的还是学校排名和1L的成绩
尤其是如果你想做antitrust之类的大部分都是在DC
DC BigLaw市场门槛非常高
T6这样的学校将将median以上的成绩在DC几乎没什么机会
我觉得年龄问题最大的不在于就业，而在于你能不能和其他学生一样拼精力体力 |

top 10% as 1L. IP is easier, but you don't have a tech degree. So
basically, your prior experience won't do anything for you to get a job in
your preferred specialties, but will help you on OCI interviews. |

BigLaw就业最重要的还是学校排名和1L的成绩
尤其是如果你想做antitrust之类的大部分都是在DC
DC BigLaw市场门槛非常高
T6这样的学校将将median以上的成绩在DC几乎没什么机会

末高。前面有人抱怨说虽然账单12万，可是最后保险只付了6万。如果保险只付6万就能
cover所有医护人员的薪水，成本，医院还有很大的利润，为啥医院出bill的时候狮子
大开口要12万？病人在接到账单之前大多不知道相关的费用，相关的收费信息并没有在
upfront 就提供。
医生也应该要通过市场的优胜劣汰，还有医疗行业的收费也要通过市场来调控价格，现在是通过人为造成shortage来达到价格控制。就像antitrust 不是说所有的monopoly都非法，而是通过predicate act来取得的monopoly是非法的。如果是一个自由的市场，最后病人愿意支付那末高的价格，那才是合理的价格。
但是现在由于医生的数目受到限制，造成医生的短缺，连医生都不够，何谈优胜劣汰,何谈自由的市场？ |

There may be European antitrust issues but if the percentage does not go
