The EU’s enforcement arm, the European Commission, opened up an
investigation three years ago into a partnership between Amazon and
Luxembourg that allowed the e-commerce giant to shield some of its assets
from taxation.
The Financial Times report did not say how much Amazon will be ordered to
pay.

你讨论网络中立之前先要知道Title I和Title II的区别。不要看到别人说没有网络中
立就以为FCC完全不管了。而且ISP是被FCC，FTC，Antitrust三重监管的，天天杞人忧
天不累么。
