1.引言
近两年来中国译界出现波动，诸多翻译工作者对于一翻译问题欲言又止、不知如何是好
。细究原因是小平同志制订的我国外交战略关键词“韬光养晦”被指出错译，已经在国
际上造成“中国威胁论”口实。
在日常译事过程中，出现错译、误译及不准确翻译本不足为奇，实乃司空见惯。但事关
我国外交战略方针这等重大译事，大家却谨慎有余，不敢出声。
1.1全国政协外事委员会主办的《公共外交季刊》2010年夏季号刊发了熊光楷先生题为
《中文词汇“韬光养晦”翻译的外交战略意义》一篇文章，文中指出：“韬光养晦”作
为中国外交政策的关键词之一被西方曲解和责难原因有二：“一方面深刻反映了西方国
家一些人士对华固有的政治战略偏见，以及少数反华势力顽固坚持的冷战思维；另一方
面也与我们国内对“韬光养晦”的翻译和解释存在疏漏与偏差有关。”
这是引起中国译界出现波动的初始，也是“韬光养晦被翻译错了”消息迅速在全国广泛
传播的起源。

家里，当然除了我还有亲戚们，大家都在，然后大厨就把拿手厨艺向我们展示了，做了
一道巨好吃的叉烧肉，叉烧肉吃起来甜咸适宜，还有蜂蜜，用来下饭最好不过了。说是
叉烧肉，其实就是猪里脊肉、然后配上叉烧酱、老姜、青葱、还有蜂蜜、米酒。总之最
后做出来的味道太鲜美了，我想要是真找个这样的老公，以后天天给我做好饭，岂不得
把我养胖啊，大厨边吃边介绍还说做叉烧肉要选用较瘦，没有皮及太多肥肉的梅条来制

上的灰尘，带着新鲜草木的空气，对我来讲都比这个灯红酒绿，灯光璀璨的城市，更值
得我留恋和想念。
每天都是七点起床，挤很久的地铁赶上公司打卡，怕迟到一分钟都会扣工资被老板训话
，为这么一点点的工资，却不知道在坚守什么，还能坚持多久。工作的时候战战兢兢，
生怕犯错，生怕不努力，饭碗就朝不保夕。今天依旧是固定的工作内容，但对于我还是
一番挑战。快下班了，正当今天的工作都要结束的时候，负责人告诉我因为客户那一方
给了新的材料，所以今天推送的东西取消，重新弄一份，今晚九点推送。
我瞬间崩溃了，一直以来建立的心理防线在那一刻瞬间崩塌。
