安全号码和驾照号码，也没告诉我是个什么RATE，我以为就算了，没过几天这家公司发
邮件类似合同的事，我一看那么高的RATE，我就打电话que一直找不到人，于是我就转
到另外一家电力公司，同时告诉RELAINT我没有同意转到AMBIT，2个星期后ambit寄来了
账单，包括200刀的终止合同费，我付了电费，并告诉ambit拒绝付终止费，现在他们转
到催债公司了，我该怎么办？那个中国女人我后来好不容易找到她的电话却死活什么都
不承认，我都不知道怎么和她争辩，她就威胁说你不交就会影响你的信用分的 |

AMBIT的心率带不错，像我这种第一次用这种玩意的人也没有觉得任何的不舒服。目前
的功能我只用了trail running，把distance, pace 和 avg. pace显示在一个屏幕上，
偶尔看一下心率。
最近跑了个9mile，avg.pace 4'40''/km, avg.HR 159。看来我的半马应该问题不大。 |

这么长时间浏览各方面资讯后的个人想法。
1.薄熙来是有能力，有想法，有ambition的人。
薄熙来到重庆之后，重庆多数百姓都感受到了重庆的变化。治安走上轨道，城市面貌一
新，投资环境变好，重庆发展加速；通过各种便民利民措施，重庆的内部矛盾，官民矛
盾得到很大的缓解；重庆多数人民开始扬眉吐气，有很强的自豪感，绝大多数重庆人对
薄熙来是信任的，拥护的。
提振市民精气神，改善治安，共富，五个重庆工程等等，都抓住了问题的核心。他的讲
话即便是长篇大论，也每每深入人心。这些话，绝对有他自己的见解，有他自己的热情
，有他为民请命的勇气，靠他的秘书，靠装是绝对不能解释的。
Ambition见仁见智，挺他的人可以解释为雄心，黑他的人可以说是野心。他菱角分明，
敢想敢干工作狂，与胡锦涛的不折腾看大长今稳定压倒一切形成强烈对比。
2.薄熙来没有在法律的框架内达成他的目的。
他是一个明君。明的意思是他的做法方向是对的，人是开明的。君的意思是他把法律，
