CME Group)的华裔高级软件工程师杨春来，在其办公室遭美国联邦调查局(FBI)特工拘
捕。拥有物理学博士学位且与中国内地期货业交游甚广的杨春来，曾任旅美中国科学家
工程师专业人士协会(ACSE)理事会主席，目前则为该协会期货期权金融学会会长。
根据芝加哥地区联邦法院受理的起诉，现年49岁、2000年以来受雇于CME的杨春来，被
指控窃取CME的有关交易秘密。
今年5月以来，CME的保安人员开始监视杨春来办公电脑上的操作。他们发现有数千份文
件被拷贝至杨春来携带的“闪存”等移动存储设备上，而其中很多文件涉及CME的经营
机密，并载有受保护的源代码。CME还为此向FBI提供了杨春来的电脑截屏，以证明其存
在窃密行为。

其实这个trial的最大的问题是。goldman的那个code真是piece of shit。这哥们确实

其中一个故事讲到，一个叫Spread Networks的公司，通过铺设光纤、应用最先进的技
术来争取高频交易中宝贵的几十毫秒进行抢先交易；另一边是另一个叫IEX的startup，
