从技术要点上，有的有，有时候没有，或者说要点就是练。好比庆是念庆，不念性，不
念竟，这个就没太多技术点。就是得“狂念”啊。
从知父莫如子上，娃跟我还是不错的。我90%通情达理。我也跟娃解释，爹吼不是娃笨
，是这个东西就是个坎，谁都得练。爹吼是爹笨，不知道咋教。。我这人啥样，娃也只
好认倒霉，好的坏的照单全收。好爹坏爹娃有衡量。
但本着虚心求教的心，我还是想进步的。。
首先，脾气不好的人象alcoholic, 酒可以戒，但一朝alcoholic, 一辈子都是。改不了
了。在这个框架下，我还是要多总结一下trigger, pattern, 心里的疙瘩，更好的解决
办法。好比从前为家务活发过脾气，现在要么任劳任怨，要么自暴自弃，基本已经走上
正轨了。。所以战术上还是可以缓冲一下。
其次，治不好也得治。我可能还是对脾气不好的弊端认识不够深刻。。所以拍我的帖子
对我有好处，我都认真读了。一并谢过。
最后，嗨，说一大堆风凉话，我这还是对前景没信心。下次保不齐又先发脾气后后悔。

paper jam.
It worked to some degree after I cleaned the drum using ethyl alcohol, but
it still has lines/fuzzy prints. I can even see the residual droplet shape (
from the alcohol washing/cleaning).
After I bought a Brother 2240 as a backup at Staples for $40 + tax last week

下左道行驶被警察拦了下来，以没有在右道行驶为理由开了张100多美金的罚单，当
时也没多想就在网上交了罚款，现在罚单都找不到了。现在帮我办理485的律师说只要
有交通罚单就是violation，只要交了罚款就是plead guilty，就算事情再小罚金再少都

1. 瓶装水要带足, 按一人一瓶(含小孩)准备,
2. 烧烤要先开展, 第一个人到后就应该生火准备, 最好再带portable 烤炉, 至少要两
个以上烤炉同时进行.
3. 西瓜按十二人一个准备, 别忘了带西瓜刀, 不然的话准备用拳头砸吧.我们当然带了

4. 请组织者准备Hydrocortisol, 肯定会有人被蜜蜂蛰.
5. NO Alcohol. Very Strict. We saw park rangers were searching for alcohol.
6. 预算最好以$7.5/位做, $5/位太拮据了, 这也不敢买, 那也不敢买, 当时买东西时
最基本的东西一下就超过$200了 (当时差不多有40成人报名), 没办法只好把猪排和牛
肉放下. $7.5/位基本上可以买猪排和牛肉了, 烧烤的种类还是多一点好.

因为纽约州市刑事案件的标准问题。不同于其它州，纽约的有关汽车杀人的法律比较特
殊：如果司机驾车杀人，只对酗酒或吸毒的司机起诉其“驾车杀人”罪或“凶杀”罪。
如果想起诉“过失杀人”罪，必须证明司机在肇事的时候是“罔顾后果”地在开车（
reckless driving）；这是一个比较难达到的标准；而在其它州“过失杀人”罪只需证
明肇事者和其他普通司机相比，开车时没有“合理谨慎”地开（fail to exercise
reasonable care），这是一个较低的标准。因此，地区审查官(或者 DMV 官员)在这个
案子上也是照章办事，无能为力。
那现在去 change.org 签名有可能让地区审查官改变不起诉的决定吗？答案是：几乎不

Eatery挺多人的，但我不喜欢里面的食物
这些都是在Midtown west, theater district附近，9ave hells kitchen，yelp一下就
知道了
另外我在ny最喜欢的brunch在uptown west，Calle Ocho，unlimited sangria (more
than 5 favor) on Sat and Sun brunch， what a steal |

因为纽约州市刑事案件的标准问题。不同于其它州，纽约的有关汽车杀人的法律比较特
殊：如果司机驾车杀人，只对酗酒或吸毒的司机起诉其“驾车杀人”罪或“凶杀”罪。
如果想起诉“过失杀人”罪，必须证明司机在肇事的时候是“罔顾后果”地在开车（
reckless driving）；这是一个比较难达到的标准；而在其它州“过失杀人”罪只需证

Wu Liang Ye, Zhu Ye Qing and quite some other Chinese wine there.
They are gone now. Dongfang is not a legal dealer anyway and they are
not really cooking wine.
I don't like them. Er Guo Tou is my favorite. huhu
Vodka not bad either but don't drink it only. It is very alcoholic,
much stronger than Chinese wine although the alcohol percentage is
even lower. I like blending Vodka and Orange Juice/Watermelon juice/o
grape juice tog |

还加一个 filled 或 bottle 之类的。 你要是问店员的话，alcohol chocolate 应该
