看了一下，如果还在公司，after tax contribution, earning tax deferred. 如果离
开公司，contribution可以rollover到Roth IRA，earning 可以roll over到
tradition IRA。任何时候可以把contribution tax free得拿出来，没有penalty。
貌似完胜plan外的普通投资，加上fidelity允许brokerage link，投资并不局限于401K
fund。
特别是contribution换工作可以进入Roth IRA，很划算呀。有啥catch没？ |

contribution部分随时可以取，没有penalty没有税。rollover之前的gain 5年后取没
有penalty没有税，roll的时候要交税。gain的部分59.5以后取没有penalty没有税，或
者存够5年后按收入交税，或者没有够5年10%的penalty加税。
甚至，roth ira还可以用于qualified expense，取gain的部分也不用交税。而且
qualified expense包括education，换句话说，在加州之类的地方，我觉得after tax
401k -> roth ira严格优于529 |

是有些黑黑的污物随着水流出来,真是要多恶心有多恶心.撑了1年多,实在太恶心了,于
是下了决心换掉,换成无框的玻璃.原来的瓷砖和Shower Pan不换.

公司 match 的是 6%，如果放 after-tax，放 6% 就可以拿到全部的 match。其他的，
你可以自己去投资。
如果看重的是“延税”，那就看你的收入和当年的 IRS limit 了。通常所说的“放满
”，并不是指放满 25%。而是放满 IRS limit。
譬如，IRS limit 是 18,000。你的年薪是 100,000。那“放满”的意思是指在 pre-

for roth 401k you are taxed once on the contribution, then never again
