是有上限的，traditional和roth IRA共享上限才5500。401k的共享上限18000。After
tax contribution的上限高得多，有53000。当然tax efficiency没有那两个好。
没有冒犯你的意思，但是感觉你好像一直没理解到位after tax contribution和roth的

，53000-roth401k-pretax401k-employee match.
请念一百遍After tax 401k在tax的benefit等效于roth 401k，限额要高得多。
另外不管你Contribute哪种401k，公司的match永远都是pretax类型的 |

不支持in plan conversion。
是不是应该把普通的401k存到公司match的上限，剩下的roth 401k存18500-普通401k，
再有闲钱全部放到after tax 401k？
虽然公司只存Roth401也match，但我看irs说明，公司match的部分本金和收益都要交税
，那好像还不如把match的部分都存到普通401k账户里。
After tax 401k比roth 401k因为收益不免税，所以差一点，但是上限高，存进去的本
金到时候也可以直接convert到roth IRA，收益convert到traditional IRA，看起来比
每年backdoor roth IRA 5500好很多。
大虾们，我要是没理解错的话，就打算这么弄了，接下来努力涨工资，好有钱放到退休

自己在家练，中文学校办的after school 挺厉害的，他们在哪里找那么多题目给孩子
练习呢？还超前一个年级以上，请问哪里能找到相关的练习题？收费的也行，肯定比送
after school 便宜很多吧.我了解到的，中文学校就是让孩子做题，中文一周最多两次
，这些是包括在学费里，其他都要额外交钱，比如篮球，乒乓球，功夫，国际象棋，英
文写作，阅读等都额外交钱。
我想让孩子多交流，参加体育活动，学习上我的想法是中文在课后学很好， 但是小学

A。 著名AFTER SCHOOL，
优：很多孩子都去那边。离家近。
缺：我看着就乱阿，晕阿，空间狭小，环境脏乱。
B。 著名AFTER SCHOOL
优：离家近。因为孩子都要脱鞋进屋，整体环境看着挺干净。
缺：没有室外活动空间，只有室内篮球场。难道还是赤脚打球， 奔跑？这个对孩子的
足弓啥的会不会有影响？
我当年就是长期水泥地训练，整个腱鞘炎出来。
C。 无名学校
优：课程范围广，机器人，绘画，功夫啥都学，又不用另交钱。
很阳光的PLAYGROUND
室内环境中等。

，不记得id了，反正非常感谢！所以请不要找我要petition letter了，自己考古吧。
版上很少有人claim 媒体报道，我claim了，也通过了。其实真正的报道没几个，
转来转去就显得多了，而且标题不一样看起来像很多。主要就是列表，媒体的名字，介
绍（多少万读者），国家什么的，这样看起来就很打眼。有几个采访邀请的email，也
做了张表格，这样显得明确，别人是对你感兴趣。有两个视频的采访，其实是很小的拿
不出手的，但把截屏的大头放上，图说叫“关于我的某某采访”，到底是哪采访的没好
意思提。

share教室。所以家长一般都必须在外面找各种after school programs，由专车从小学
接到after school program。费用不菲，既要付给课后班的学费又要付给driver的费，
