1. bimmer不在最多的车之列，颠覆我对bimmer车主的印象啊...
2. MB AMG占了十分之三...看来有钱交ticket和请律师也是敢于违规的重要原因
3. Buick占了最少违规的十分三。但是根据IIHS的驾驶员死亡率统计，Buick的几辆车

社区里面大约有1/7的房子是属于affordable housing program，低收入居民可以以原
价的40%左右的价格买房，我们在看的一家旁边紧挨着的share一面墙的就是。
我们有点犹豫，因为将来有这样的邻居，这样的房子要不要买？这样的社区怎么样？听
听大家的建议呢。谢谢

是的，区是好区。已经住进去的几户住户看着都还不错（不是属于affordable housing的)
这是新开发的社区，规定了一定比例的affordable housing.另外一个不错的town的新区也是这样的。
有一些房子在建，我们有选择也许可以避开和affordable housing 紧挨着，不过这样的社区里有这样的住户是一定的。
