使USCIS批准的case, consular officer可以有理由怀疑H1B visa申请人的工作是不存
在的,然后启动调查. 拖上几个月. ICC的clients基本上不会等,也不会初具任何证明材
料. 所以这个烙印基本就歇菜了, 因为工作就是不存在.
格老太NB了...能让DOS出面授权consular officer执行221(g)是对ICC的一记猛药...
