昨天再回美芝加哥入关，海关直接盖了admit的章，就是和以前有f1 visa一样的椭圆章
，写了个LPR，没有进小黑屋，问了海关盖章的，我是不是应该盖ap的章，他说you
donot need it this time.然后我就直接到取行李回家了。是不是这次这个海关官员搞
错了啊？？！lpr应该是lawful permanent resident,绿卡进度这几个月也没啥改变啊。

了。当时孩子哭得很厉害，他跟我着急离开，也没看清楚没给我改，我的。。。哭，还
是一年。
这次renew EAD请问会被卡壳吗？
2. 现在距离过期160天，EAD 15年3月底过期，可以在120天以外开始申请吗？
3. 可以online提交吗？
4. 要交$380一个人？还是free.

stamp过期日期。我是入境一周后发现的 去CBP deferred office 修改了。不知道过期
了还能否修改
这明明是海关工作不负责 业务很糊涂造成的 但他们还会骂你不主动给797 但后果却需
要h1b持有者承担 |

只显示CBP入境时给的停留期。这个I94网站有说明。
你的H1B 797 issue的日期（根据你说的，很有可能是14年11月？）和最后一次给I94入
境的日期哪个在后？因为last action rule，如果入境在后，你的H1B 797上的日期已
经被入境时给的I-94上的admit until日期覆盖了。 |
