今天突然被老板告知funding出了问题 （跟学校会计部门很狗血的一段，略过不提）只
能支持我到二月底，下个月就没钱发我的工资了。
基本情况是学校千老，EB1B 485刚刚交上去，2月的RD，140倒是批了。老板给了两个选
择： 一是转成unpaid contractor, 或者用absence of leave without pay。
现在主要是两个问题：学校基本上不会revoke 140的前提下，哪一种选择对485可能的
RFE更有利一点？如果有什么更好的选择，也望大家不吝指教。因为老板自己感觉不好
意思，所以不是很过分的要求他都有可能帮一下。
咨询了一下办140的律师，也在网上做了一些研究，也没有什么头绪，总的看法是有人

很不幸你说的这篇文章我的确看了，幸好它并不长，可惜得出和你完全相反的结论。
eliot反对的不是自由诗本身，只是自由诗这种叫法，他要开宗立派，一定要先正名。
他不满足用三个否定句定义自由诗：
无模式 absence of pattern
无韵脚 absence of rhyme
无节律 absence of metre
他觉得否定句不足定义这种诗体。自由诗不可能真正自由，作为诗歌，它必然存在某种
内在的结构。但是他又发现他没法抓住它的结构，于是有了钱老先生引用的那句话，我
的理解是：
不经意时无法忽略的存在，仔细寻求又消失无踪。。。
这种玄妙的境界难怪会引发钱氏道德经的联想。
整篇文章的中心思想只是自由诗不自由，我不知道你从何得出eliot反自由诗的结论。
eliot还有一句名言：。。。there is good verse，bad verse， and chaos。也是同
一个意思，诗歌无自由。但他反对的也只是自由诗这个名字而不是这种体裁本身。
自由诗vers libre是法语，也是先用法语写作。eliot之后大家更常用现代诗来指代这

十世纪先后支配这座岛的大国官僚之口。其一是曾任台湾总督府民政长官、据说是“台
湾近代化之父”的后藤新平伯爵（1857-1929）；其二是曾任美国国务院驻台代办的师
枢安（Robert Campbell Strong, 1915-1999）。
前者不立文字，其心法乃口耳相传，而被后人总结提出；后者则为亲撰的文书。前者提
示台湾人作为帝国臣民时的易治性，后者则揭橥台湾人独自面对国际政治时的幼稚性。
两者实为一体两面。
后藤新平氏在台湾做民政长官的时候，从台湾人的性质上发见了三条的弱点，因为要利
用这弱点，所以定了治台的三策：
（一）台湾人怕死――要用高压的手段威吓的。
（二）台湾人爱钱――可以用小利诱惑的。
（三）台湾人重面子――可以用虚名笼络的。

么会发展到这一步，总理新闻办至于这般千方百计地阻挠李来提问吗？问题就是：李学
江的问题戳到了哈帕保守党的痛处，因为他们根本不敢再批准任何一个大的投资案给中
国的任何企业。所以他的新闻办只好不择手段，连西方号称的“公开公正”的假面具都
不要了，再丑恶无理，也要阻拦李的发言。
如此目的，只能让事情的发展适得其反。现在人人都知道了，哈巴的开发大西北只是走
走秀，喊口号，拉拉民意而已，他根本就没有能力去开发。本来，他也没想去开发。
什么叫弄巧成拙，这就叫。什么叫虚伪，这就叫。如果你不相信天下的政府都一样，在
