美国现在的情况是，绝大多数有抚养能力的夫妇都会选择把孩子生下来。到planned
parenthood寻求abortion服务的基本上都是没有抚养孩子能力的，比如teenager
mother，比如母亲不自重连孩子父亲是谁都不知道的（这样的情况黑人很多）。
共和党打着Pro life的旗号，逼着她们把孩子生下来，结果有妈生，没爹养，更谈不上
教育，所谓养不教，父之过，他连父亲是谁都不知道，怎么能成人？只能延续上一代的
悲剧，女孩早育，男孩犯罪，恶性循环。
依稀记得有人做过一个回顾性的研究, 发现abortion合法化和犯罪率下降存在一定的联
系。后来是不是因为政治不正确不让做了，就不太清楚了。 |

trump是个好的生意人，但是对很多政策根本没有深思熟虑过，甚至对political

他double down的风格可能在短时间让人耳目一新，但是竞选是个漫长的过程，trump的

There are some consistent patterns I notice:
Comments that criticize Obama, even highly vitriolic and bigoted ones, are
almost always upvoted far more than downvoted.
Comments sympathizing with African-Americans, Latinos, and other minorities
are often downvoted into oblivion.

campaign promises by using executive orders.
(1) A revised order suspending the refugee program and entry to the U.S.
for travelers from several mostly Muslim countries, in response to
objections from courts. As before, the order will suspend refugee entries
for 120 days, but doesn't suspend Syrian refugees indefinitely and no longer

1）对富人的两个税没有取消（$400,000以上的investment tax, $200,000以上的
medicare tax）。取消这两个税对GOP来说就是政治自杀，坐实了支持富人反对穷人的
名声。现在不取消，是对的。
2）Cruz amendment，保证了有一个便宜的，不支持pre-existing condition的plan可
买。对无灾无病的年轻人的负担有很大减轻。
这两个症结解除了，剩下的都是细节问题。看好这个bill通过。
其他细节(我把174页的bill都翻了一遍）：
1）从Obamacare的所有移民均可享受福利，改为前五年移民不能享受healthcare
subsidies福利。
2) State stability and innovation funds. 50 billion解决2019-2021过渡期的各州
coverage问题。1年20 billion支持各州在healthcare上创新（2019-2021有所减少因为
