2. anti-war 这个问题怎么说呢，美国入侵iraq是既成事实，问题的关键不是anti-war
还是pro-war, 而是如何处理好下一步的问题，如何保证iraq的稳定局势，如何在稳定

功体现了这点。如果撤军过于茫然，iraq可能重新进入动乱，成为任何人都不想看到的
