原来的人拥有，捐款后建立的纪念碑属于国家。

者，不是所有者，更不对纪念碑上的数字负责。你去问abmc纪念碑上的数字哪来的，他
们也不知道。
国防部和美军战史对美军伤亡数字有最权威的解释：5.4万是全球美军死亡，3.6万是朝
鲜美军死亡。3.6万的数字从53年停战到六七十年代一直到现在一直被广泛使用大量报
道。
