100mV of voltage swing margin is not hard at all to meet. I have done some d
esigns that uses 1.0V+/-50mV@40A, 0.9V+/-30mV@20A or more, actually my power
distribution design could make sure the core gets +/-3% of nominal voltage.
Why is it so hard?
Also done lot of memory designs, DDR, DDR2, DDR3, QDRII, etc. IOs like 10/10
0/1G/10G ethernet,PCIe,FC etc, X86/PPC/ARM/MIPS... No challenge at all.
By the way, simulation is just a tool, you could end up with garbage in |

正做一个1-bit Complex Quadradure Delta-Sigma ADC(Continuous-time 5-order),
用于无线. 已经完成了单channel的低通ADC设计, 可以达到~65dB SNR. 现准备加上
Coupling转换成带通Quadrature,碰到一些问题：
1）SNR degradation. 本以为低通到带通转换不会损失多少SNR, 可转换后降低了~30dB
. 不知道主要问题在哪儿。
2）看到几个Modulators输出饱和，但很难用Matlab去Rescale系数。好像Richard's
Toolbox只提供Discrete-time Rescaling, 对于Continuous-time的比较难办。特别这
个是Complex的双Channels.
3)没想通Excess Loop Delay. 感觉我的Loop Delay 已经是好多个时钟周期了，难道要
控制Excess Loop Delay到小于一个时钟周期(<10%?) 还有就是觉得Loop就像个Ring

现代的inverter,必然是一个开关控制电路.对输入输出控制,
不用微处理器,都能轻松做到.
inverter动则上百块,控制电路成本应该是次要的,成本主要在
大功率元器件上.
交流变直流的空载电压当然是个问题.平常电器上的电源适配器
标6V,空载都要8-9V.根据输出功率,不同负载,输出电压也不一样.
以你的例子,你根本不敢说"如果接负载，直流电压148.5V".
如果功率不配,电路对电压比较敏感,烧你没商量.

LiPF6形成的SEI layer更致密。我曾经用过1M LiClO4/PC，但是发现cycleability不太
理想，而且Coulombic efficiency也没有在最初几个循环中超过90%。在第一个charge
过程中，在0.9V (vs. Li+/Li)处有一个很大的平台，我想是PC（和LiClO4）分解导致
的吧？可是看书上和文献中都说，PC可以用作amorphous carbon anode的电解液。咋回

SEI膜形成的过程就是电解液的EC，DMC之类的东西分解，
形成的一种含Li的有机物，
（也有碳酸锂成分，具体反应我现在写不出来，可以看看文献吧）。
一般这个平台在0.6V左右吧，不过不同的电解液略有区别。
不过，纳米碳管也好，多孔碳也好，基本都被我判死刑了。
当然只是我的个人意见，
因为比表面积大的碳材料，虽然有很高的放电容量，
但是会消耗很多电解液，都是表面的化学嵌锂，
而不是结构嵌锂。
因此可逆程度非常低，
当然写写文章是可以的。。。
作为锂离子电池电极材料，高比表面积绝对是对电池性能有害的。

洗过。
怠速、正常温度后输出端应该是0.6V，不应超过0.75V（也有少部分人说0.9V）；而我
的是0.83V。怠速有时候有一点点轻微不稳，检查更换过不少东西，现在MAF测量电压超
出理想值，所以还是想蛋疼的洗洗试试。
也许可以用医用棉签头（Q-tip）沾上不同溶剂洗，总有一种能洗掉上面的杂质吧，那
两根金属丝是铂的，本身不怕溶剂。有人用Qtip洗过，只是要很小心不能碰坏加热丝。 |
