发帖数: 790 | 2 先报下背景参数：35-40岁，BMI 25，十几年没怎么跑过步了，今年四月底刚开始。工
作忙，就下班回家前在小区跑步机跑一跑，每周3次，最近每次4-6迈，中间还有个
break练下器械，还未路跑过。大概六七月时在跑步机上跑过一次1mile,8m/h的速度，
目的是跑进 8min/mile的速度，也算做到了。
5月：连跑带走，大概一共25迈。跑是大概5m/h速度，走是3m/h
6月：基本是跑得，大概也是25迈，5-6m/h速度
7月：大约跑了40迈，大概6m/h速度
8月：大约跑了60迈，6m/h速度
9月：大概能跑50迈，6-6.5m/h速度
一直也没搞懂大家版上说的各种run是什么，最近买书看了下，才发现自己跑得一直应
该就是easy run。自己数步子，6m/h的速度，从160左右慢慢也能跑到180左右每分钟了
，但最近几次坡度加2，速度6.5m/h反倒只能170/m了。前几天脑袋一热报了个12月初的
一个10K，现在还有大概2个月时间，请问应该怎么准备它？
要是easy run的话，估计这个10K得跑60分钟以上。而我幻想能跑进51 min，能达到临

快放弃了。。。奶牛叫我做8MIN ABS，最近忙得周末都无休，根本没顾上任何exercise
。。昨天抽空跑了步做了8min，晚上就抽筋了。。。

多谢多谢，俺之前其实也听紫苏推荐做那个8min，其实当时练了一个月还是有点效果的
，就是后来一忙没坚持下来，当然这些都是借口了，关键还是懒，没人一起互相督促着
练。。
我的主要问题躯干两侧太瘦，能看见一根根肋骨那种，不过也没那么吓人，不是饥荒的
那种。但是腹部还是有一点脂肪的，侧面看能看见小小的凸起。我很喜欢那种VS毛豆有
一点线条那种，觉得很美。现在闲下来，觉得可以利用这段时间练练。看来我又得拾起
8min了 |

然后再加个 8min buns，这个很重要，亚洲人就是pp太平了

8min那个适中，但是要坚持。
如果lz是t，追求很man的那种突出来的6块效果，8min强度不够。
腹肌练成了以后，是突出来的块儿的，稍有怠懈，立马变肥肉。
练习的时候要负重，10磅以上的亚玲一对才会有效果，而且还必须连大腿，上臂，背部
一起练。
方法不同，练出的肌肉群大小形状会不一样。
你会发现，同样是肌肉，有的人长得好看，有的人长得不好看。
如果lz是追求青春美少女的那种小蛮腰，建议有氧操，多加扭转动作。侧提膝练的是侧
腹肌，应当避免。还有各种及变种的push-up position hold住。
练完需要拉伸肌肉。不光是要拉腹部，还要拉背部和手臂。 |

眼看这个冬天差不多就要离开美国了，以后便难得有机会出来比赛了，尤其是标铁这种
小比赛。上半年的标铁因为骑错路留下些遗憾，所以在芝马准备的周期中再加一个标铁
玩玩。
赛前准备工作做的还是比较充分的，连腿毛都刮了，只为刷掉去年2h30'30的PB！
Wilkes-Barre本不是一个刷PB的好赛道，往年的骑车路线相当恐怖，有一个3.2km路段
平均坡度8%的3级爬坡点，且整个赛道拐弯极多；难度大的赛道时间虽慢，就争名次而
言反倒于我有利，毕竟车辆平路吃亏更多，爬坡可以靠腿力拉开差距，目测这个赛道运
