不知道你行程几天，我大概说一下吧。
首先是体质方面，为了1000%的安全和旅途畅快，我的建议是先到昆明呆3天，吃喝玩乐
我可以推荐你去。然后你找药房买红景天胶囊，
每天两颗开始吃，或者买绿藻片，都是提高血液携养量的。同时昆明海拔1000多，爬爬
西山练练，2000多米，是非常好的过度手段。
林芝在中印边境，珠峰在中尼边境，需要边境证。外籍进藏要入藏函这些都了解过了吧？
两个方向的景色，日喀则方面是奇、林芝方向是秀。
日喀则方向几个景点：羊卓壅错，卡惹拉冰川，扎什伦布寺，318国5000公里碑（上海
人民广场至此），珠峰保护区和大本营。
三大圣湖之一羊卓壅错和远方藏中四大神山之一“宁金抗沙”峰
日喀则扎什伦布寺。班禅喇嘛驻地。
日喀则市
如果体力没问题，去日喀则肯定要去珠峰看看了。
这个嘉错拉山口很有名，可以同时观赏4座8000米级山峰。从左至右应该分别为马卡鲁

山鹰社。
3日，专程从吉林赶到北京参加“北京大学山鹰社二十周年社庆”的北大前校长林
炎志很感慨，当年的小山鹰已经“二十弱冠”了！1989年4月1日，山鹰社发起成立，林
炎志是第一个认可其民间登山社团身份的北大高层，理由是该社团“接触边远地区，有
利于平衡闭门造车的学腐气”。
山鹰社没有让林炎志失望，20年来，他们走进藏区，共攀登雪山22次，深入中国西
部边陲少数民族村庄进行科考达17次。其中，14次攀登的雪山坐落在藏区，包括海拔
6178米的东昆仑玉珠峰、海拔8201米的卓奥友峰、海拔6590米的桑丹康桑峰等。七成的

早上8：00起床，队友们去吃早饭。
伤员们则还没有起床，在客房休息。
和小兽在大厅聊了聊，他精神还不错。
安慰了下他，毕竟人都没事算是大幸了。
好像老兔子她们几个伤员目前都对小兽极为不满。
其它一些队友也对小兽此次活动的一些安排有些意见。
作为老乡，我知道他组织活动也不容易，虽然事情办的确实是不够漂亮。
作为临时领队，把今天去萨迦寺和珠峰的行程又和小兽核实了一下。
他叮嘱我在珠峰不要停留太久，路太远还是早点回来休息。
然后说好出发的时间两位司机师傅还没有过来。
打电话一问都还在睡觉。
两个人，尤其是小刘师傅昨天忙的很久，多睡会儿也应该。
一会儿司机师傅过来。
好像今晚这里的客房全满了，只好把行李全装车。
然后上车前和两个师傅把今天的行程又说了一下，别出什么差错。
没想到小刘师傅暴跳如雷起来，说萨迦寺路又远又难走，去不了。
然后居然说今天不去了。
我听了一愣，这事儿我和领队小兽说好了的，怎么到师傅这儿就不行了。
到底是我们玩儿还是你们师傅自己玩儿啊？
我们花钱包车，行程难道不是我们说了算吗？

6：00多就爬起来了。
推开帐篷一看，好悲催啊，珠峰是被云雾遮个严严实实。
那有什么办法，等着呗。
7：00多朝霞有了，但是珠峰的日出没戏了。
回头看看西边，天还是很晴的。
慢慢的近处的山开始露出来了，蛮有些日照金山的意思了。
然后云雾全都升上去了。
就看看这个无名小山的日照金山吧。
现在上午7：30。
等啊等啊，慢慢的珠峰那边的云雾在太阳的照耀下也都开始往上升。
8：00左右珠峰大半个身子都露出来了，只剩下顶峰那部分还藏着。
感觉有戏。
8：15珠峰的峰顶可以依稀可辨了。
大家默默的欣赏，云雾越来越少。
然后快9：00去买了环保车的车票，每人25人刀共200人刀。
我们要去珠峰大本营在更近的距离看珠峰。
9：15有部环保车从珠峰大本营开下来。
车子等了好久才往上开。
其实很短的路。
然后下车要在武警帐篷登记。
这片地方都是卵石滩。
现在都快10：00了。
峰顶现在还聚着一点点云，但是估计很快就会散去。
看到有背夫从上面下来。
然后大家都往珠峰方向走，想走的更近一点照珠峰。

一名美国女孩被判4年有期徒刑。

以赛亚的预言书在公元前8世纪写成，当时正值亚述军队进侵应许之地。我们从以赛亚
书前几章看到，以赛亚很精确地预言到事情的发展经过。但是书中不仅报道亚述人的兴
起，还预告耶和华的子民会从巴比伦的所在地示拿和其他许多国家返回故土。（以赛亚
书11：11）我们在以赛亚书第13章读到一个惊人的预言，到这个预言应验的时候，犹太
人就有希望回乡了。预言开宗明义地说：“亚摩斯的儿子以赛亚看见了异象，是针对巴
比伦的信息。”——以赛亚书13：1。
上帝使人“傲气尽丧”
2 以赛亚在生之日，犹大国跟巴比伦扯上了关系。希西家王病重康复后，巴比伦
差遣大使来访，要恭贺他病愈，但很可能是想拉拢希西家跟他们联手对付亚述。希西家
王不智地让他们观看他的所有财宝。事后，以赛亚告诉希西家，他死后国中所有财宝都
