grace period，好像prestige是60days，premier是30days。amex的码工这么厉害，这

账户里拿出5k,然后在60天内把5k放了回去。最近收到一张1099-R和一张5498。在1099-
R上显示5k为gross distribution,distribution code是J（early distribution from
a Roth IRA, no known exception). 在5498上第2栏rollover contributions显示5k.
我知道60day rollover应该是不引起任何tax和penalty的。broker说1099-R上的5K和
5498上的5K在保税时是互相CANCEL的，请问
1.60-day rollover是应该受到一张1099-R和一张5498吗？
2.如果是地话，那2个5k互相cancel在用1040报税的时候到底如何填写？是否需要填Form 8606?
请遇到过相同问题的大哥大姐或了解此问题的高手执教！谢谢！ |

2010.
Since you are resident from next year 2011 and forward, u may use your 2011
time for your 2010 tax year to meet substantial presence test and claim dual
status.
2months/3 + 5 1/3 months of 2011 = 6 months or 183 days

just take it easy, the thing happened so nothing you can worry about.
I have gone through PIP and got let-go after 90days with some packages.
it was painful, i know, but u will go through too.
just kill your time everyday. dont say anything. "try" to co-operate and
that is it. I dont think they will fire u at the end of the day because they
will have to prepare your fight back.Lay-off is better/more practical
option for them.

(4) got email for 485 approval information and online LUD update.

I just check my status saying they had registered my permanent resident
status and my green card will be mailed out within 60days. but my AP and EAD
were all denied. I hope it means my 485 is approved.

（我估计是因为他们都要去处理eb2的case去了）.然后就跟她唐啊，说想SR，她说不行
啊，你已经有EAD卡了，EAD就是给你去工作啊。然后给她解释说公司不接受ead，他们
只招permanent resident （是事实，可以让公司出示证据），说了很久，她说去问问

第一次SR是10月的时候，回复说，in line to be reviewed
第二次SR是12月22日，说with officer, should know within 60days.. （kind
positive..)
2月11日：临近60天时，实在坐不住，同时找了congressman和第三次sr
第三次SR，第二天就得到了回复，说再等60天。。。当时就想对这个模板进行骂人。。。
congressman那相对比较靠谱，第一次找，就说TSC那边已经把我的case从shelf上拿下
来了（excuse me敢情之前都在shelf上？），说可以两个星期后再帮我check一下~
于是那个第二次sr说的明晃晃的60天就过去了~congressman第二次再check得时候得到

的 notice给我。到现在也没有。不得已再次打电话到 tier 2， 申请 expedite.

这个expedite 能起作用吗？

人，我们上个月找了议员，就说ＢＣ，没什么实质性的进展。我小孩子的体检表还没交
呢。打电话给ＵＳＣＩＳ,always say you should receive information in 60days.

If you have a receipt notice which proves that its been 90days or longer for
getting the EAD. You can go to the local USCIS office and get a temp EAD
which would be valid for 60days. They can give it within 30 minutes after
verifying you documents.

后说with IO,pending fot security check@FBI.我问last touch,说就是今天，他刚才
