I just check my status saying they had registered my permanent resident
status and my green card will be mailed out within 60days. but my AP and EAD
were all denied. I hope it means my 485 is approved.

What should we do now? Waiting--waste time. We need to push them harder and

12月初RD&ND, 已经批了,并拿到卡了.

发帖数: 93 | 14 我也4个月了，刚按照自己的号码往前往后查了个200号，发现大部分都积压在12月递的
了， 其中零星有些CASE已经批了，但是后半月的case全是INITIAL REVIEW,严重积压。
那就是说，是处理到我们的身边了，但是貌似去年底递的人太多啊。而且其中有相当一
小部分是486FILE的有问题的，被打回去的。是不是移民官看着这段时间递的CASE不顺
眼啊。
网上报批的好几个都是1，2月份递的。
移民官似乎不是严格按照递交日期走的，但是看到有些RFE的CASE是在我们之后递的，
那就是大家的CASE都OK,只是时间问题。
我一直没想花心思，但现在也淡定不住了。。。心急如焚，开始做最辛苦的查号运动。 |
