本人情况：step1/2>95, CS pass. 1st attempts.graduation >15 years (大家看到我
ID中的mm，不要以为是美妹，实乃宝妈). 5years 国内临床，US phd, US citizen.
申请了共40个内科，得道2个interviews, including my home school. 当初任为match
的机会很大，因为读书，毕业，工作都没离开home school. 作observe的时候，认识
了PD, several attendings and residents. 且混得很熟. PD还给写了
recommendation letter. After interview, 很多attendings and residents主动要求
在PD面前为我讲好话。vice PD 也对我很满一。当得知没match, 好象埃了当头一棒，
欲哭无 |

good life style, well paid
basically, after 5years of training, you can go wherever you want, do
whatever you want.
very competitive though, most program only recruits a few each year, it is
more difficult to match than radilogy, most of successfully matched
residency have PHD degree.
if you really like it, give you some suggestions, you might be able to get
matched without a PHD
1, usmle score high
2,find a radiation oncology program, try to shadow an attending doctor there

5years, H1 is the only choice. i will try my best to get a outstanding
package. I have a question here to ask, a person with YOG 5y, need visa and
a person with YOG 7-8y, GC holder, other conditions are all the same, which
one has higher opportunity to get matched? thanks. |

I am also 5year MD + 3year research master in China. I am now in PhD in US.
I submitted EB1A green card application as soon as I came to US. Now waiting
for i485 approval.
At the same time I am studying for step1 now. |

next 5years. Howerver, it remains a very small part of the overall mAb

的quant的，基本是个公司就要求2-3年工作经验。还有一个更好笑，说要PhD+5year
experiences，然后给100k，10-15%的bonus…… |

刚刚受到一个apple offer，想请教一下大家。
background: Statistics PhD, 5year + internet industry data mining
experience
offer: 140k base, $130k stock/4y, no sign on
人在本地，没有relocation
不知道这个package 如何，觉得没有到期望的，base 只比现在高5k
想negotiate 一下，想请教一下如何？该从哪里下手，有可能要多少？
手上还有一个140k的小公司offer，几个大公司linkedin， netflix，ebay 都schedule
到了最后一轮面试，
但是不确定。这些可以作为levelage吗？

六月的时候本来想买一辆11年的sonata gls
结果跑遍了附近的hyundai dealer都找不到400mile以下的新车
加上LD有处女车情结，只好作罢，气死我了！
PS:hyundai的 bumper2bumper warranty是5year/60000miles
结果我买了 2012 focus se hatchback + manual + sports package
no myford touch; no sync;完完全全按照car and driver推荐的买了，哈哈 |

NO SUPPLY and increasing demand for next 10year.
as china cut supply to 8000ton for 2nd HALF of this year, price already
increase 3X from early JULY.($16.9 to $44.83)
country outside of CHINA, need 60,000 TON per year, outside of china only
5000 total production. So, 8000 * 2 + 21,000 TON per year for country out of
china.
