息，此消息曾经一度媒体上到处都是。就是关于失事飞机是自上海起飞的问题。

此次失事的客机是从汉城起飞的，刚刚在央视新闻中听到的：航班从上海飞往首尔，在
首尔换为波音777-200后飞往美国。也就是说该飞机与中国机场的地勤维护不存在任何
关系。昨天下午我开车的时候，听广播里第一次记者招待会上，ntsb还不是sfo的官员
说，根据韩亚通报，此飞机自上海起飞，如果这不是韩亚严重失职，都查不准飞机调度
严格纪录，就是刻意制造误导潜意识了，很恶心！昨晚foxnews上就有主持人叫唤说要
查清此飞机的飞航调度纪录，就是那种味道的附和。韩亚很恶心！

发帖数: 209 | 24 正好一年前,同事告诉我参加了SFHM,从此知道听似遥远的Marathon原来是为老百姓准备
的.离我家不到30米的中学400米跑道,任是在我眼皮底下呆了4年而无动于衷.去年8月正
式开跑,跑版也是成为我力量的源泉,精神的寄托.去年11月买了贵点的跑鞋,离开了400m
跑道,进入路跑,iPhone的MotionX也花钱从Free版升级开始了里程的正式累计.加上昨天的半马,已经1171.88miles.很有成就感.很幸运,其间没有任何要停跑的伤.SFHM很早就报了,
分到了Wave 2,可惜停车废了不少周折,最后在Wave 3,5:42am开跑,当时很是担心象
Bay2Breaker那样人山人海,结果跑道空空荡荡,爽死了.天气也是美美的,跑前晚上Fresh
Choice的pizza/pasta现在补的非常给力.本来计划在5mile多的地方爬坡前,干掉我的
唯一Gel,觉得也没必要,在桥上见到了往回跑的3:10pacer,那个女的应该就是传说中的
猛人,步辐很大.我在想,如果停车顺利,我现在应该还在那个Group吧.过了11mile后,陆

1. 训练
自从去年CIM大PR之后就开始放羊，今年前三个月每周末的group run就成了我的social
event，每次拿个iphone，边跑边拍，以充当随军娱记为乐。结果几次group run下来
，以前跑马训练的老本就被吃光了，有一次周末group run差点跑晕过去。4月29号
pleasanton 半马，一马平川还跑出了个比去年morgan hill还差的成绩。这是距离SFM
还有整整13个星期，索性再歇一个星期，然后搞了个12周训练计划。
我一向只follow训练计划的精神，具体的执行完全由自己胡乱制定。这次前六周只跑
LHR，先把mileage搞上去。后六周加上跑山和MP run. 每周weekday 跑两到三次，周末

敢地活下去，跑下去。
简单写一下比赛过程，作为对跑版的回报。
赛前赛后腐败聚会通通省略5000字。
进入corral 7，没找到鱼哥和wutou，于是就自个儿穿到了尽量靠前。枪响起跑，4分钟
整时才过起点线，因为我前面有6000多qualifying时间比我快的高手！乌泱泱一片快马
在你前面慢奔还是相当壮观的。
这次比赛跟往常一样是按照预定pace来跑的，不同的是这次的pace band更高级，不是
even pace，而是按照course坡度来customize的。我的pace band就是在下面这个网页
里填上2:59:59算出来的。

pace band就说了，第一迈跑7:04，但事实是想跑这么快都是不可能的事情，因为前面
的快马挡着你的路，根本快不了。大约跑了4迈左右才达到了pace band的pace和时间总

[前序]
我的同事中有不少人跑马的，他们也曾经鼓动我参加跑步运动，但是我一直觉得跑步很
无聊，跑马就更加不可想象了。但是今年一月底的时候，在LG的鼓动下，我们两个一年
跑过的距离加起来也不超过全马的的人居然报了六月三藩的全马。我的跑马的同事们都
说我们很疯狂。我其实报着舍命陪君子的态度，主要目的是让LG多多锻炼。
从二月开始，我们参加了为期16周的Run365的训练计划，同时也开始到跑版来潜水，仰
望各位牛人。我们工作都比较忙，除了一周勉强能参加两三次group run之外，基本没
有时间自己训练。中间度假和出差还错过了不少训练。不过感觉自己进步还是不小，从
一开始只能跑两三迈到后来跑十几迈也没问题。
[比赛前]
时间过得很快，一转眼六月份就到了。周六睡了一个大懒觉，吃过了午饭后开车到了三
藩，在旅馆check in之后走路到Hyatt (本次比赛的host hotel)坐shuttle去expo拿bib
和sweat bag。等到回到旅馆已到了吃晚饭的时候。 我和LG继续carbon-loading，各吃

拉松比赛，很开心。比赛过程中刚觉轻松，好过5K，10K及30K的比赛。跑后没有任何反
应，第二天早上小跑，乘飞机回国。到北京后又跑到天安门。下面是我的成绩：

I just called one shuttle service (Robert Hawaii) right now for picking up
at waikiki hotels. They told me they will arrive at hotel at 3 am!! so they
really consider arriving at airport 2 hours ahead ) But 3 am is kind of too
early for 6:42am flight...

赶快起来， 发现正门前， 带感应器的灯已亮。 隔着窗缝发现一辆外来车正开进门
前的“死胡同”， 一会儿又开跑了。
藏在暗处的感应器只对大门前3米内的范围有反应， 所以基本上可以肯定是宵小来光顾
了。
