我同意,像老美健身房练得那么壮其实很多不实用,
为了加强力量牺牲灵活速度是得不偿失的行为,
如果练到最后壮得像头熊卧推还超不过250lb就很搞笑了
我见过一个很瘦的白哥们轻松举6个大饼,就是315lb,做了好几组
他身上的肌肉就是李小龙那一类的,非常精肉,这种才是大家的目标

A quick google said Kobe can bench 315lb while Mj
normally did 265lb and couldn't do 300lb. I don't
have reliable sources for that though.

感觉摇摆人位置没有谁比他更强壮了吧(有的话也没几个)?
刚才搜了一下,他bench达到315lbs,应该是很厉害了。感觉力量是他能保持进攻威胁最
主要的因素,经常可以看到他在要球卡位时就fight得相当厉害。

三个星期前开始练腿。
主要是膝盖不好,向增强一下腿部力量。
每星期一次,一共三次。
squat 从135lb X10 涨到了 225lb X10.
准备涨到315lb, 就从新回头炼深蹲。

周末gym里见到的基本都是半蹲或者1/4蹲,只有一次看到一个fighter用500lb作全蹲,上
面还吊了两根带子作保护.
还有一次看到一个做1/4 or 1/8蹲的用315lb作了2次,然后leg press用270lb作3次.
我用225lb作全蹲,然后用450lb作leg press 8次,这哥们看了我半天,LOL

左边:2008年9月
右边:2011年4月
大概是2010年9月份开始系统地训练;
今年1月份开始注意饮食;
坚持隔天一练;最近吃食堂鸡肉吃得少了些!
5月份又要开始自己做饭了,可以实行严格的饮食计划!
现在感觉腿部和臀部力量比较大,目前做到的最大深蹲重量315lbs;
胳膊和上肢力量较弱,卧推最多只能做175lbs;
现在很少做平板推了,练斜板上推!应该适当做些平板推,不然会退步!

For average Joes like me we should start with easier workout schedule like
following:
1. Shaun T's Rockin body
2. Les Mills combat
3. Simply run 30 - 45 minutes on treadmill with 1.0 - 2.0 inclination at MAF
rate 3 - 4 times a week
And then keep on diet, for me it is very simple, cut down dinner by half is
enough
The reason is weight loss is all about calories, while P90X involves too

I think his 1RM is way over 315LBS too.
it is very impressive first time BP 135LBS (大盘两个), and SQUAT over Bodyweight.
I started BP and SQUAT in graduate school in US. I remember i can only do
115LBs, 非常佩服能做大盘两个. BW = 135LBS or so. forget SQUAT number, one guy told me my form was bad and risk of injury. So i didn't do SQUAT until recently..

75% = 285lb, 70% = 265lb
