普政府为阻止朝鲜逃避制裁的海上走私，考虑向亚太地区派遣海岸警卫队。据悉正在与
日本、韩国、澳大利亚和新加坡就加强取缔的方法进行磋商。
据路透社称，美国海岸警卫队和各国治安部门设想跟踪疑似装载禁运对象的武器和
物资的船舶，必要时实施检查和扣押的任务。预计将在公海和各国领海内活动，但不进
行海上封锁。
美财长努钦23日在记者会上强调：“美国和其他各国有权在获得船籍国同意后进行

圣诞时候想去big bend national park转转，大概看了一下，有几个问题：
（1）里面的lodge订不到了，请问外面住哪里比较好？有没有推荐的地方。（之前会从
Carlsbad, NM 过去，晚上到公园外面；之后走的那天早上开去el paso， TX。）
（2）只想开车转转，走走短的trail的话，有什么推荐吗？看了一下，有一条scenic
drive，似乎basin也值得去，还有其他paved road值得开吗？(只是普通的车)short
trail有什么推荐吗？似乎window view可以看日落？这样小转一下的话，一整天够吗？
还是要两天？路线怎么计划好呢 （怎样从外面开进去，然后转出去）？
（3）然后顺便问一下，有没有什么推荐的吃饭的地方？

人的比赛有一个独特的现象：比赛到最后任处于比分胶着的关键时刻（Crunch Time）
的话，76人往往会输掉比赛。比如说前两天和尼克斯的比赛，打到第四节的胶着时刻，
尼克斯频频得分而76人涨分很慢，最后输了三分。这种情况在过去两个赛季屡屡出现。
所以76人的比赛，要么早早确立胜势，要么一直胶着最后输掉。
为啥呢？传统的解释是76人缺乏大心脏的能在关键时刻一锤定音的球星，也就是说胶着

tourist visa)
Round trip ticket (Can be reservation or an electronic booking confirmation).
