Laurel Bowie Rd. Laurel, MD 出发，而另外一条是9:20am 从MD Lotte Plaza, 8801
Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043 出发，我觉得GrandMart这条线
应该先到一些（因为是8:20am走，之后就没有pick up的satation了。）回来的时间是
一样都是6:00pm |

拿到手里还是傻了，纯碎就是一个非常简单的几个月喂什么而已
5个月的时候就要喂3顿了，而且书上也有说法，奶量不能减
可是如果这么密集的时间，奶量又不减，娃怎么吃得下呢？
儿子现在4个月15天，全奶粉，940ml/天，果汁 80ml/day
每天辅食可以吃first food半瓶，我也不知道算不算多
大家每次说几勺几勺米糊，我不知道是说掺水后还是掺水前？
我弄得有点点稀，大概有十几勺
我说说我儿子现在的时间表
请好心的妈妈们给建议，什么时候开始加喂，该喂多少？

6：40am--7:20am之间醒来，7：20am--7:45am大概会喝第一顿奶，220ml
9:30am 果汁80ml (防止便秘，儿子3天才拉一次，怕怕）
可能睡1-1.5小时

这中间，或是第二顿奶后，睡1-1.5小时
6：30pm first food辅食半瓶 + 奶 100ml

倒那种情形，衣服都湿了。换了衣服和diaper，我见他有想吃的状态，又喂了左边的奶
，大约6分钟时，还在喂的过程中，又吐了，像是把刚刚吃的全都吐了，像喷泉似的。
这种吐法，这周也有过一次。但是他的活动啊，咿咿呀呀的啊，大小便啊也都很正常，
不过大便的颜色有时是那种绿色，先新鲜的蔬菜的颜色。
另外，宝宝下周一就2个月大了，一直都是母乳。昨天晚上是9-9:20pm，吃了20分钟的
左右奶，玩了一会儿，大概10点过就睡了，一直到凌晨3:30am左右，醒了，吃了左边奶
5分钟左右，又睡了。（吃了奶后，我有拍背，不过没有打嗝，我有竖着抱了10-15分钟
，才放到他床上。接下了就是6:20am的喂奶。 |

背景信息：
全母乳，全胸喂，宝宝头两个月磨合阶段有泵奶和补充奶粉的情况，3个月宝宝的作息
规律之后，泵奶和奶粉都基本用不上，我不是奶牛也不是草牛，供需算是基本平衡。我
给自己的既定任务是母乳6个月，现在算是超额完成任务。
因为没有注意bottle confusion，所以宝宝不到3个月就不吃奶瓶，这也是我不得不坚
持胸喂的原因之一（当然我本人也比较enjoy胸喂），到7个多月之后bottle confusion
有所缓解，就是偶尔可以嘬一点，但始终无法实现别的宝宝咕嘟嘟抱着奶瓶喝奶那种状
态。后面都是直接用sippy cup了。
第一次尝试断奶：
宝宝快9个月时第一次下决心想断奶。
几个原因——当时身体不是很舒服，有点累；宝宝半岁以后，母乳质量和产量都在逐渐
下降；从吃夜奶次数觉得宝宝依恋奶头情况日益严重。
当时拟定了一个初步计划，梗概就是头5天断白天奶、再5天断临睡奶、然后彻底断夜奶。
最后实际实施情况是，只断掉了白天的奶，包括两个nap偶尔吃奶头睡的情况，及下午

一下我爱宝宝版，版上的妈妈们，准妈妈们，所有的人都很nice, 在这里也学到了很
多东西，得到了不少的建议和信息。
我的预产期是5月3号，可是从37周产检开一指之后就再也没有任何进展，39周的时候我
的ob帮我做了membranes stripping, 希望帮我加速开指。结果那天下午回到家确实有
一点点见红，当天晚上以为要生了，兴冲冲跑去医院，结果还是1指，灰溜溜的又回来
了。
5月 1号：产前最后一次产检，还是一指，50% dilation, position -2。医生笑着跟我
说”you have a very stubborn cervix”。最后决定5月3号去催产（之前一直纠结要
不要催，最后还是妥协了），还帮我约了第二天去放气球 （Foley balloon catheter
induction of labor）
5月2号：1:30pm 出发去种气球。3pm 种完气球，刚从医院出来肚子就开始阵痛了，痛

，先恭喜了！

5：00am打电话给医院，看是否有床位，（据说生娃的多，很紧张，）被告知有床，让7
：00去。
7：15am才磨磨蹭蹭出门，跟每个宝都抱抱，期间跟三宝拥抱数次，孩子好像很不舍，
有点像生离死别似的。
7：45am到医院，直接进产房准备，8：00上产床，9：00上催产素，一个小时的时间里
面跟助产士聊了很多，这对于我生产的时候帮助很大，否则真的会出意外。
10：00am每半个小时被加大催产素的剂量，宫缩一直没有规律，也不算很痛，还能谈笑
自如。
11：00am有大概三次很强烈的宫缩，疼痛难忍，告诉助产士以后内检说开了6指，11：
20am问打不打epidual，我强烈怀疑来不及了，lg看我疼的不行，就说你怎么那么傻呢
，不疼就生了多好了，你没试过，为啥不试试，我说打完还要等一段时间才起作用，说
不定就要生了，他说他觉得不可能那么快，但我犹豫了一下还是坚持了，最痛的时候掉
眼泪了，也喊“妈妈，救命！“可是妈妈在天堂听不见啊！

要更新是将”安神喊大盘”（the roar of anguish, AKA, RA）的权重增加到60%。今
天的运行结果表明，RA能很好的预测大盘日内走势，尤其是在大盘有较大幅度的上涨以
后，RA的准确率达到了惊人的100%。限于本青蛙的技术和有限的时间，我无法紧紧跟随
安神的脚步。现摘抄这两天的交易如下（以下时间均为EST):
10/22：安神于13:30PM在版面提醒，我于14：20PM左右看到发帖之后跟进，2034.75买
入ES，2048卖出，盈利14个点。由于对安神信心不足，痛失后面的12个点。
10/23：安神于8：55AM提醒，9：20AM看到发帖，我随后在9：30AM，2063.75买入ES，
2066.5卖出，盈利2.75个点。
10/23: 安神于11：20AM提醒，11：54AM看到发帖，我在12：14PM， 2059.5买入ES，
2070卖出。盈利10.5个点。

去年10月分签协议的时候，北京机场给的是2:20am和4:20am。但是AA认为那只是个
place holder。“正常”的下午的时间在首航之前会安排好。但是，北京机场最后也没
有改那个时间。AA就杯具了。
当然这是表面上的。具体幕后操作估计永远也搞不清出了。
有可能只是简单的上午下午搞反了。有个人的评论，估计当时北京机场告诉AA的是芝加

（综合讯）日本新闻网报道，日本内阁官房长官枝野幸男今日上午就福岛第一核电
站的低浓度污染水向大海排放一事表示，这是实在没有办法的事，只是为了防止更高浓
度的污染水流入大海。
福岛第一核电站的综合废弃物处理设施中的积水含有低浓度的污染水，但是由于第
2反应堆等沉积的高浓度污染水需要集中到综合处理设施中处理，因此必须将综合处理
设施中的水排出。
枝野长官表示：“排放这些污染水虽然是我们故意的，但是实在也是没有的办法，
这是十分遗憾的事，很对不起各位。”
由于东京电力公司和日本政府没有明确表明这些低浓度污染水的放射物含量，因此
，水产企业对于政府同意排放这些污染水表示困惑，担心影响因此而影响渔业生产。 |
