我从去年10月底起开始吃素，基本是青菜豆腐水煮。喝soymilk，吃坚果，之前还吃一些cold
cereals，主要是wheat bran，但是后来发现也是添加剂太多，所以也不怎么吃了；当时还吃
yoplait的酸奶自己加坚果，后来发现添加剂太多停了；以前还吃少量虾和蛋白，现在也都不怎么吃
了。基本carb吃得很少，水果，蔬菜，豆奶是不断的。沾不得荤腥，同学叫去中国餐馆吃饭，觉得太

，它是knead 5分钟后后停5分钟再搅拌20分钟，所以一共是搅拌了25分钟。然后我按暂
停后，再重新启动dough cycle，就是再搅拌25min，然后发酵1hr。
这个前后少搅拌了10mins，而且我用的all purpose的，不知道是不是筋度不够。 |

原料：
all purpose unbleached flour 4 cups
warm water 1 cup +
Red Star dry active yeast 2 spoons
sugar 1 spoon
1. 烤箱微加热后降温至95-100F关紧箱门待用
2. 温水将糖溶解加酵母捏碎漂浮的颗粒放入烤箱10min
3. 酵母液顶着一层浮沫取出搅匀缓缓倒入面粉中同时揉面
4. 补加适量水揉面至三光（盆光，手光，面光）（水稍多则更好揉更松软）
5. 盖保鲜膜放烤箱1hr，95-100F, 面团发至2-2.5倍大 （温度是关键）
6. 面团轻揉取出搓成条，咔喀喀成n段
7. 醒20min蒸20min坐20min （此1小时内绝对不能揭盖）
图中显示的是蒸笼上层，卷了一圈椰丝后搓的条，头尾剩的面捏到一起压成了饼放中间
，原味的在下层，一起是4杯粉的量 |

少分钟d时候呢？我的一个发酵程序是1hr 30min

Fresh PhD，机械，没有任何工作经验，第一次onsite拿到理想的offer。在这个版上受
益无穷。面试之前更是得到大家的鼓励。所以写下我的经历，希望对后来者有帮助。
电话面试之后一直就忐忑不安，从来没有面试的工作经验，加上我面试的职位要求PhD+
工作经验，job responsibility里面很多要求很高，而且onsite要求我做一个1hr的关
于我Phd课题和其他相关RA项目的presentation。
废话少说，主要总结一下我的经验：
1.公司很友好，把面试官的名单告诉了我，去之前好好查了面试我的人之
前发表的paper和patent，大概猜想他们可能会问我的问题。
2.所有的我自己想到的面试问题都作成了PPT给自己练习用，每个问题罗列几个回答的
要点。如果靠死记硬背太难了。记住要点临场自己发挥才能不紧张。这个方法对我很好
，到后来面试的时候每个问题我都能比较清楚的回答。
3 Presentation 100%熟练，rehearsal！我没有条件找到听众rehearsal，我老板也很
忙，所以我都是自己大声present给自己听，一直到面试前天晚 |

然后重复，除非点背，每次只去掉1个点，也是O(n)
这样可以避免很多(x-x0)^2+(y-y0)^2的计算
大的数据库里，点存储的时候是按z-order或者hilbert-curve order
所以第一个点就选存储表里临近的那个，基本上可以扔掉绝大部分 |

plugin的关键是你的application怎么预留入口， 让别人把自己的实现挂到
