的主要核心技术不在你这里。电池损耗非常厉害，一年下来，在fully charged的状态
下，已经少了10+miles，差不多5%，第二年估计损耗更多。
Medel 3的话，他的竞争对手就多出来很多，家家都在做，包括苹果, profit margin就
会下来。（也只有现在，10万一辆，有个premium）
Telsa的powerwall 10kwh至今未能量产，技术有难关，急不来。同样的道理，对model
x也是。
Gigafactory吸引眼球，但是要在有大量orders的情况下，也就是油价在80-100ish的情
况下，电车大卖，工厂fully operated，要不然，就是个ghost factory。（现在是60
缺货，85，85D都有inventories）
确实，政府对它大开绿灯，看里面有多少h1 engeneers就知道了，这是direct labor

用，没算国内发的中文文章），再加上一些其他的东西，EB1A条件还可以吧， 现在想
考虑一下是不是也claim critical role。如果不是leading role可不可以呢？我在联
邦政府部门工作 （几年前因为特殊情况sponsor了一些H1B），没有任何官职，是某个
领域的subject matter expert （SME）， 也就是说这方面政府签发任何文件和政策前
和我研究领域相关的部分都需要我review 是不是scientifically correct，我在好几
个政府文件里都是这个领域的scientific contact， 当然一个大的政府文件涉及面很
广，所有涉及领域的SME 都列在contact list上。 我的直接老板和大老板说在他们看
来我就是critical role，也会在推荐信里这么写，但不知道对绿卡申请来说算不算呢
？ 是联邦政府所以肯定是distinguished organization吧， 但各个不同科研领域的

at one point... then a few coolers, down to about $800.
this hand he made a rush decision without even realizing i hadn't played a
single big hand with him all night.
when i left, he was on his way to cash out the last $100ish leftover (still
a good thing, how many of us could leave like this after a roller coaster
night, i mean, not empty pocket??)

Villain 1 had stack of 500ish at UTG+1. He is a week guy. Saw him raise PF
with AK twice. Folded 99 PF one time facing my push of 130ish with 66
against BTN's shove of 100ish. That hand flopped 996. And the 4th 6 didn't
come out. If did, I would be pissed off by missing the bad beat.
Villain 2 is a middle age guy, normal player with mixed play some time. He
had stack of 300ish at BTN.

choices than flushing in my mind..my friend used to bid 100ish per night for
hyatt at exchange place. also some hotels in the city are not that
expensive as i thought..location is definitely more important than anything
else. if u stay in the city u can hang out two extra hours everyday... dont
waste time in commute everyday... |
