我抢到了一个50 off 100的JCPENNEY的offer,可是上面说不能与其他的promotion合用
，是不是意味着我在网站上面只能买正规价格的东西，只要上面是sale或者比原价便宜
的商品都不能买吗？
请大牛给个意见

Most things are free shipping either to home or to store.
