Found Chase Freedom Mastercard is running a promotion for $200 cash back
after you spend $500 in the first three months. Not sure if this will work

就不能撸，比如这个 http://dealsea.com/view-deal/623587
所以决定申请一张mastercard。我发现这种卡在美国明显比Visa少，可能是因为他家收
取手续费高吧。听说之前Chase Freedom有mastercard的卡，后来全强制换成Visa了。
再比如CapitalOne的1.5% cashback的卡，Visa版本没有欠费，Mastercard就要收取39
刀的年费，这不赤裸裸的不让人申请Mastercard么。。。
我觉得universal cashback是一个好的概念（没有Category，省心），经过调查，现在
最好的这种卡是citi的doublecash的卡，如果我没理解错的话就是2% cashback。这很
不错了。而且是Mastercard，以后可以撸master pass(等价于visa check out)的deal。

这下可以放心的
搞safeway的mastercard了
