house. Both packages were in the rain the whole afternoon!
I cann't believe that the dirver did this. (in my old place, Fedex always
put the package into a plastic bag in the rain day, even the place is not
out in the rain).

I called the seller (vitacost). In the beginning, they said they couldn't do
anything. I was so mad. And finally, probably the CS talked with her
supervisor, then came back saying they can replace those non-bottle items.
