and there could be something wrong with it. I guess they will be happy to
change the battery for you.
Or you can check with other batteries, if you have one, to check if it is
really the battery |

got the new battery in 2 business day and thank god it is not a motherboard
issue. Now it works very well.

发帖数: 1215 | 11 I called the custom service number and i was told that the battery was out
of warranty for they did not update the info of the refurbished one. I was
asked to give the purchase evidence, and then i emailed the order
confirmation letter. Then i called the CSR # again. They agreed to replace a
new one. Meanwhile, they give me a return label. I was going to return the
old one soon.

Thanks! I figured out last night. It took me for an hour to call this number
and that. The lenovo customer service is horrible. The HP one is much
better. They agree to send me a new battery. I'll see how things going. By
the way, is your laptop a new one or a refurbished one?
