o*t 发帖数: 655	1 很想申请个信用卡,论坛上朋友说citi的学生卡很好申请.我在nh,整个nh都没有一个 citi bank.但又不愿在网上申请,还想咨询些信息.于是跑到boston 的citi bank申请. 当时把哪里的小姐感动的够呛.一个月后,收到来信,被拒,原因如下: you have a permanent home address or permanent home telephone number outside the united states.while our accounts may be used worldwide, we issue accounts only to people who reside within the united states. 但是申请表上 permanent home address 我添的就是美国的住址,permanent home telephone number 添的是我的手机号.试问这样有问题吗? 下次申请我打算就在网上解决,试问该如何改进. 谢谢先!
