My comment: So, AsusTek 华硕 has replaced the perennnial fifth-place Toshiba

time (a decade ago?) when Lenovo just bought IBM).
Lenovo's strength for the past several years is in China as well as Europe,
Middle East and Africa (EMEA). But you've got to give credit to Lenovo, as
China has stopped subsidizing electric appliances (including computers)
early this year. So sales in Q2 and Q3 of this year were real, not helped by
Beijing policy.
As for Lenovo's own US data, Lenovo, being a public company, is obligated to
release its quarterly data in due course, which, however, does not break
down sales figures OUTSIDE China. (In other words, Lenovo's quarterly data
always includes sales in China and of the world, and that is about it.
