refund you the amount to match the $50 you paid. So nevertheles, you lose
nothing.

以实际上 花的钱是 $50 - cash back
Executive的话，如果cashback <= $50, 那么costco会给你$50, 所以花的钱是$100 -
$50 = $50
如果cashback > $50, 那么花的钱是$100 - cashback. 但是这时候premium的话，就
会倒赚了。
所以其实还是premium更划算

I think costco only has two kind of membership -- Good star and executive.

downgrade you to good star membership.
Never tried this, so not sure if it is true.

I don't know how they calculate cashback, but I feel I got more than 2% back
according to the check I received.
