looking into deals... (either too lazy or not sure how to find the deal)
They think they saved a lot but in reality costco items is almost always
more expensive than the best deal in town. To keep an average price
is how costco running and luring people in to think they get a good deal
at costco.

肉类和日用品，菜店买买菜，偶尔去whole foods逛逛，差不多了。想起walmart的长队
就头疼，都改成target了。 |

搞deal最大的成本其实就是时间。你觉得等到一个killing deal赚了不少，很爽。可是
算成本的时候你往往没有算进总的投入时间。包括看前期deal，找coupon，以及后期的
处理rebate，搞不好还要换货退货等等。而且买到的东西不见得是需要的或合适的。做
ebiz做大了，也许值。为了一两块钱的生活用品，我看就完全不值。
costco买东西不是让你用3折或5折的价格去抢一个你可能不真正需要的东西，而是让你
用80%的钱去买100%质量和100%的服务。你用最直截了当的方式，最少的时间投入，获
得你最需要的产品。

周末都忙得要死谁有空去找deal，跑几个店
对大多数中国人，尤其是有小孩的中国人
周末也就两三个小时的买东西时间
就算知道有些店有更便宜的
也没时间去啊
一般都是一个中国店一个costco，所有东西全搞定
其它地方再便宜也没空去了

Real deal hunter don't even bother saving few bucks on grocery here and
there. It takes time to research, energy to drive around. In fact, people
doing it are usually house wifes or students simply because they have more
time. I hold no offense against them, but if you do it as a working class, I
think you got problem.
I think people go to Costco primarily for the peace of mind.

double-win. I would buy those things if they're dirty cheap (even from
friends if they offer to).
But I would not sell those things to friends just to BE SAFE. Instead I gave
those things free to friends who need those.

fine. 但不是每个人都像你那么闲，人愿意花更多的钱更少的时间去买东西，服务还超
好，关你破事。而且，相对于costco的东西的质量来说，她的价格绝对对得起你的钱。
个人认为可以在costco买的东西太多了，水果，肉类， organic 牛奶，organic 鸡蛋
，红酒，水，油等等。另外你还可以用每一个半月一次的coupon 。最后我贡献一个在
costco shopping 的tip：如果你发现一样东西的价格以.97结尾，这个东西应该事在
clearance，价格通常比正常价格少很多。我曾经买到过5块钱48粒的ferrero rocher巧
克力，6块钱50粒的lindt truffles。这个我认为是deal hunter在其他地方也很难找到
的deal。 |

前几天想买点水, 懒得开车,就走路去cvs了, 有个收银员看我在找水, 就告诉我说有一
个促销, 24瓶只要1块多after coupon, 我说我没coupon, 她说她有, 我心想运气还不
错, 就买了
结果过两天一查信用卡, 在cvs除了1刀多的水,还有一个50多刀的charge...dispute信
用卡,citi说我那笔交易是有实体卡的, 作废了旧卡寄了张新卡, 但退钱的事现在还在
扯皮. 虽然不一定是cvs的问题, 但还是很郁闷
