Call them.
I placed an order last friday and haven't got the confirmation email
supposed to come in 1-2 business days. I called them 1 hour ago and the
service a3 said she could not see any record. Then I told her my school is
gonna be closed during Xmas and I would cancel order if it has not been
processed. Now I got the email.
Slow a slow.
